AAA Rents Tools Party & Special Events

I know the options are few in the QC Area, but if you have any alternatives at all, use them.
We had an outdoor wedding at the Renwick Mansion so we had to do a lot of renting. The tent, the dance floor, chairs, tables, etc.
We already knew they were overpriced, but were willing to pay the extra dollar to not have to deal with doing things ourselves. Little did we know… we would still end up having to deal with doing things ourselves.
Basically what was supposed to be a quick morning set up lasted right up until the 5 PM rehearsal. On top of the slow set up, they bothered us constantly throughout the day with questions even though we had set aside hours of our time before the event to go over everything IN DETAIL. We also had to stop by multiple times throughout the day to make sure they were setting up correctly (because initially they were NOT).
On top of that, they quoted us a price to install Chinese Lanterns and then when I called to confirm, they said they no longer do the lanterns. We finally convinced them to do it for us, but had to agree that even if they don’t set them up due to weather, we’d still have to pay 100%.
Basically, we felt they didn’t listen to a word we said during the planning process and then got angry at us when we couldn’t be there the ENTIRE day before the wedding. Highly frustrating.
The ONE star goes to Jenn. She worked very hard and was on top of things. However, one person does not get very far without a knowledgeable team in this case.
