We have a commercial route which serves restaurants, hospitals, senior care centers and more. Most customers have us sharpen on a monthly basis.

We make many house calls and require a $ 30 minimum.

Business Owner

Many people have said they wouldn’t take their knives to anyone but The Local Sharpener. Because of his father’s influence as a meat cutter and sharpener, Dale Scott was introduced to the art of sharpening at a young age. He was professionally trained at a high-​end knife factory where he was employed for five years. He then started his own mobile sharpening business and has commercial routes along with working at two Farmer’s Markets. He is known for his high quality sharpening and attention to detail which brings return customers back time and time again. He is a Christian and believes God has blessed him with the talent of sharpening. He is a husband and the father of three children.
