I’ve been going to Amie for a few years for my botox. She’s the only one I will trust. I decided to have a private spa party there with a few of my friends last night. Everyone LOVED her and the entire staff!!! They said Amie was so educational, put them at ease and gave them her honest opinion. The staff was so friendly, helpful and welcoming.
I decided to get 1 syringe of restylane for under my eyes this visit. I was so nervous about the pain, the bruising, everything you read on the internet… well I can say I completely over reacted. She put a topical numbing cream on, an ice pack and then the injection came– It did not hurt at all!!! I said I feel the botox hurts more (which to me doesn’t really even hurt) so this was maybe a 2 out of 10 for pain.
I woke up this morning sore, a little brusied, nothing make up could hide, but already loving my results!!! I slept with the blue compress sticker things she gave me for my eyes like she said and can go to work today knowing I don’t look like a mess.
Thank you Southwest Laser and Med Spa. You all made this such a wonderful experience! Can’t wait to come back!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE coming here! Pam is the best! Everyone that works here is always so welcoming, kind and super professional. The spa is decorated beautiful and is always spotless. Have been coming for years and would never go anyplace else. Keep up the great work :)

I have been using Southwest for years. The staff is pleasant, the facility is beautiful and I am always happy with the outcome. All I ask for my birthday etc are gift cards to this spa

This spa is absolutely amazing!!! The entire staff is great! Jenny is the BEST esthetician EVER!!! I totally trust her and what she suggests! Becca does great lashes too!!! Can’t say enough GREAT things about this place!!!

I wanted to like this place so much more then I did. It’s a very pretty location and the receptionist is nice and welcoming. I went in for a Botox consultation and was surprised I would get it immediately.

My review is based on my visit. I went for Botox. My first time. The office is beautiful. Everyone was pleasant and very welcoming. Pam performed my procedure. Super quick and painless. I will update when the Botox settles in (about 2 weeks)

I came here originally to get a facial and to have a consultation for botox. When meeting with Jen for a facial, she asked the right questions and since I already used medical grade products, she recommended microdermabrasion instead. Great recommendation and my skin looked and felt afterwards.
I also met with Colleen for a consult for botox and ended up getting it done and I couldn’t be happier. If you are new to botox and thinking about it, see Colleen. She explains expected results and she is conservative at first so you’ll feel confident you won’t end up looking crazy. Follow up visits after everything sets in help determine if you need more.
I will be going back to try the dermapen treatment and I plan on keeping up the Botox. Glad I found this place!

I have visited this location a few different times and I must say that I have wonderful experiences each time! I am instantly greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walk in the door as well as offered a beverage. I had eyelash extentions done by Stacy and I receive multiple compliments on now natural and beautiful they look! She definitely does an excellent job! Stacy’s wonderful talent and great personality has made me a regular customer. I highly recommend this spa.

I LOVE this place! Beautiful atmosphere and great customer service! I went to the mokena location and had Jenny spray/​airbrush tan me! She was awesome and my tan looks FAB!!! Everyone compliments it on how natural it looks! I don’t understand how anyone could not love this place and the people!!! Definitely will be back and I’ve sent 3 people there already who love it as well :)

I go to the Hinsdale location for facials all the time! I get my face pampered by Christine and let me tell you… she does wonders for my skin. I get brown spots on my face from the sun and they have almost completely gone away since I started going to Christine. She not only knows what she is doing but she EDUCATES as well which is a big plus in my book. She explains where the problem stems from, step by step what she is doing during the facial and preventative measures (continued treatment) for the future! I have had so many compliments on my skin especially after the chemical peel I got. I highly recommend Christine… she is the best!

I have had services done by both Pam and Ashley who were both very professional and friendly. This place rocks and would never go anywhere else!

Got a call from a previous review I left rating this place a two star, they were so nice in regards to wanting a second chance to make things right, so I went back in and had an appointment with Jenny who was very gentle, and made me feel very comfortable to the point I almost feel asleep! she took the time to do my arms, neck, and wrapped my hands in warm lotion gloves. I felt like I should have felt the first time I went in. I am definately going to come back to this place, because any place that takes the actual time to value customers reviews is a plus in my book! I will be going back for their montly candy cane facial! :)

Very nice facility, nice techs, a bit pricey.

I was looking forward to a microdermabrasion and peel on my only day off. However, the receptionist scheduled me at the wrong location.
They were very appologetic, and offered me 50% off and extra services if I went to the other location. I didn’t want to make the 1.5 hour round trip, but it was my only day off and I figured it was worth the extras.
After my treatment, I was offered 40% off of their products, but no discount off my service or any extra services. I felt rushed out the door before they even showed me any products…
I left feeling stressed, mislead, and as though my time and business weren’t valued.

I love this place. They always have awesome specials and even have girls nights (massages, martinis, fortune telling) from time to time. I’ve been botoxing for about 2 years now and only trust my face to Pam. She is the BEST! She makes sure to answer all questions and truly makes you feel at ease. Not a big fan of Jeanine, but love love love Pam!!! She is a sweetheart. Check them out and i promise u wont be disappointed. oh and they also just opened another location in Hinsdale too.
