Owner was very nice and knew exactly what was wrong with my mower. In response to the other review, I believe they open at 9am so that could be why she was sitting in her car… either way, reasonably priced and very honest. I will continue to take my mowers and edgers here. And they did move, they moved from lagrange and 194^th to 19 206 85^th Ct. in Mokena, just down 191^st.

I recently brought my snow blower in for a tune up and new blades. I was quoted 150.00 and was asked to give a 30.00 deposit to put towards repairs. I received a call 3 days later and the quote went from 150.00 to 200.00 for the same repair we discussed. I was then called by Tiffany (Could be the owners daughter??) and asked when I can pick up the blow mower. I said I could pick it up today and asked what time they open, she said 8:30, I said ok I will be there to pick up. Then Tiffany tells me if I don’t pick it up by Saturday they are going to sell it!!! Why the threat after I told her I would pick it up??? I called back and asked to speak to the owner. I hear him in the background ask ”What does she want??? I told him how dissatisfied I was and that I thought they are lacking in customer service and how I was threatened to pick up my snow blower or they were going to sell it! S today I’m there at 8:25 AM and sat in my car till 8:40 and the CLOSED sign was still in the window!

I have been bringing my mower and snow thrower to Gary for over 10 years. He always gets the job done and prices are fair. On one occasion, it was his honesty that saved me a lot of money on a housing repair for my snow thrower. other places were willing to fix it, but Gary told me that he is willing to fix it, but it wouldn’t be wise, given the age of my machine and expense. Honest, reliable, and knowledgeable!
