Called on a Thursday evening to there emergency message and there standard message at there office
Friday morning no call back. I had to call them, then I was told I’d be seen at 4, then they called back and changed it too 3, I arrived at 2:45 and was greeted and put in a chair with a bib by 3:00, I began writing this review in the chair! A’s I was still sitting there at 3:40 without any reassurance I’d be attended to shortly just ignored? They didn’t have my Xray ready even though I made the appointment 5 hours in advance of my appointment? Needles to say I witnessed quite a bit of joking and nurses talking to one another but not much actual work? I guess there staff gets distracted by TGIF. I doubt I’ll ever return.

I appreciate how clean and well maintained things are. The back office staff are friendly and competent. For me, Dr Wong is the ideal dentist. He is honest and kind and he does a great job. He is genuinely concerned about patient comfort. His demeanor goes a long way toward putting me at ease in that dreaded dentist’s chair.
