Great place to find stylish clothes, handbags and accessories. Each time I go in I great pieces to add to my wardrobe. Some items have never been used??? Bought a Michael Kors purse for a steal and it looked like it had never been used. The staff is great at pointing out clothes I like, that along with the ambience makes me feel like I am in a designer boutique.

Horrible customer service! I took a dress to sell on consignment to sell, every time I called or went in I was informed my dress didn’t sale yet and she would contact me when it does. She never did, and when I went to get a update on my dress she donated it without telling me. I was NOT HAPPY! I would NEVER do business with her again!!!

The five star reviews on here truly baffle me. When I entered the store, the woman at the register didn’t greet me, and when I asked her a question she seemed annoyed by me. In order for a small business to make it, they need to have more than just good products for sale– excellent customer service is a must! I spent half a minute glancing around before I left because I will not give my money a business that allows such rude behavior toward potential customers. I can only hope it wasn’t the actual owner. If other people have experiences similar to mine, that little place is doomed to fail.

I happened upon Threads by chance. I’m not a consignment shopper, but am enthusiastically looking forward to my next trip to Threads. What a wonderful boutique! Designer brands in fantastic condition and fairly priced. Could this be what shopping in Heaven is like?

What a great place to shop for women’s clothes, shoes, brand name hand bags and much much more. Michelle, the owner carries all sizes including plus sizes. Her prices and sales are great and the inventory is always changing. I’ve purchased and also consigned with Michelle and it has always been a great experience!!!
