Love Taco Bell. This is my favorite location. They always get my order right. Food is always hot. Employees are always friendly. Best location in modesto !

Worst Taco Bell ever. Horrible service shorted me 2 items on a $ 30 dollar order and when returned ran the transaction again minus the two items then refunded me the first transaction. So now I am out double the money until the transactions are finishing pending. Would have been nicer to just refund me the items I didn’t get.
No apologizes at all just oh ok we shorted you oh ok.
Will definitely not return to this establishment.
Food was also poorly made and 6 packets of hot sauce when I specifically asked for extra.
Find a new Taco Bell for sure!!!

Drive thru is terrible. Just went again and was helped by Lexi, worst service ever. Rude, not very smart and had attitude with us. Food is good once they get your oder correct. Dine in is great, never had a problem with anything when we go inside.

Awesome food to eat at, but the store managers are awful and rude, the rest of the employees are good including the assistant and shift managers. I try not to go in but the food itself is irresistible, except for the portion size!

Everytime I come here its always clean and quick with service and food is actually HOT also they cook the burritos long enough so its not rubbery, ha tried the new spicy Cool ranch because work insisted it was good actually pretty tasty !

I will not go to Taco Bell anymore, I ask for no tomatoes over & over again! But they ALWAYS put them in my food, and crunch wraps & grilled stuffed burritos isn’t easy to check to make sure there isn’t. It’s quite annoying & I hate paying for food when it’s not done correctly. & I actually like Taco Bell other than their constant mistakes.

Asked for hot, fire, and green sauce. Barely got any green sauce. Received no fire sauce! Just hot and mild! What a disgrace! It’s not that bad. I’m being dramatic. But we also ordered a churro… And only received cinnamon twists. Boo. :(

This is the only fast food place I like. Have never had anything bad here. Always hot and tasted fresh even when it’s boiled in a bag. lol.
The staff is usually nice and quick. Only good experience’s here.
