Excellent customer service everytime I come in. The staff tries their best to help even when they are busy. I feel very appreciated. The floor employees are always eager to help and find my product. I’m happily greeted by ready cashiers with a smile and they ask how every is. The only sad part is whenever I come in is that when I have a question the only manager that gives us the time of day is the male manager with glasses, the women is too worried about focusing on other customers. She has done it more than once. She needs to getting training in helping customers. Overall, in will go back when she isn’t there and will request the male manager to take my sell.

only go here once in a while when things are on sale little out of my way. but they do most of the time have what u will need. a little on the pricey side compared too other stores. but the customer service last time I was there was good. I stop when I’m in the area and need something. they might carry.

It’s sad to see what has happened at this hardware store. Have been a customer for 30 years and will never go back. Several employees just standing around while I was waiting with my elderly grandmother for assistance at the paint counter only to be told that we can find the product we were looking for at the Dollar Store. We politely refused and went to purchase the products we had in our cart only to be hassled by the girl at the register. When I stated how bad the service was at the store she said that I was the one being rude and called the store manager as we left. Needless to say the store manager did not come up to us to resolve any issues and I won’t be back. I know Lucy would be ashamed of what has become of this store. She would always put a smile on everyone’s face who walked through the door.

Customer service is of utmost importance. If I do not feel like a valued customer I will go elsewhere. Taylor at checkout truly made my day and exceeded my expectations (which is not easy to do!) FYI. Cactus varieties exceed all other hardware stores.

Went to Orchard Hardware on Wednesday, found two orchid plant stakes on clearance for .50 and $ 1.00. When I went to the register to pay they rang up for .2 cents so she called another associate up and that lady grabbed the stakes and said you can’t buy them they have to be sent back. Basically for the rudeness and two clearance plant stakes that were on the floor they have now lost a good customer!!!

went in for some cactus potting soil. all the other small bags of miracle grow are marked around 7 bucks. at the register to pay and because its not marked I can’t buy it.

I went to Orchard for a few gardening supplies. I came out with much more then just products! Tom helped me in the gardening section and educated me on Sooo much! It was amazing to learn how different products work and how to read the labels. I feel better equipped to take on new gardening projects at my home :) thank you!

I like OSH because it’s not so gigantic that it becomes intimidating. Everything is relatively easy to find. I always get good parking, and the staff is always friendly.

OSH on Sisk is a nice place. I am almost always there for gardening purposes and have found that staff actually seeks out customers to make sure they’re OK. However, I once was convinced to buy an expensive sysyemic food for my plants that didn’t work very well. Another time, I felt pressured to buy a different expensive fertilizer from a sales associate who was, IMO, a little patronizing. So my tactic is to take their advice with a grain of salt. They have an excellent selection of plants, even in Winter, and an old, siamese-​looking cat that hangs out in the garden area named Sealy. He’s a nice kitty and will let you pet him. They have really cute garden gloves, kneeling pads, and a wide variety of garden tools at *great* prices. Also check out their cleaning supplies — they have some nice inventory.

Hey now this is the place to go. Lowes, Home Depot, forget them. If you want knowledgeable people to help you make decisions then; this is the place. These people really know their stuff. I will go here everytime I need anything for home improvement.
