«Innocent until proven Guilty»

«Presumption of Innocence»

The presumption of innocence is the foundation of our criminal justice system, and the core philosophy of this firm.

What does this mean to you?

The Presumption of innocence means that the Government is required to prove each element of the crime they allege against you beyond a reasonable doubt. Until this occurs, you are considered to be 100% innocent.

It means that once the Government has arrested you and charged you with a crime that it has to build a case against you that is so strong that no reasonable doubt can exist regarding your guilt; while not violating your rights during the investigation and prosecution of the their case. One of our duties to you is to protect your rights and exclude the evidence against you if your rights are violated. We will thoroughly investigate your case, and establish a reasonable doubt, if at all possible
