History

Established in 2009.

Like many folks in 2004, due to soaring real estate prices in the Bay Area, my family moved to Modesto in the Central Valley to buy a more affordable home. And like many folks, we were hit hard financially due to the economic down-​turn and extended lay-​offs. I had 16 years of personal field experience in my local union, but that did not prevent me from being laid-​off. I was out of work for nearly 2 years. In October 2009, like many families, we lost our home due to my extended unemployment. With no idea when work would pick up in my union, I had to do something… I had to survive. I also saw a need in my industry, not just for another contractor, but for a contractor with honesty, integrity and value. So, I set out to make it happen, one customer at a time.

Business Owner

Born in San Jose California, I got into this industry over 16 years ago. I completed a 5 year apprenticeship through the local union. I continued gaining my experience within the union, over the next 11 years as a Journey level service technician. When it comes to my service, I am a perfectionist whom continues to strive to meet the customer’s needs through honesty, integrity and value, or what I like to refer to as professionalism.
