Jenny Craig Weight Loss Centres

Attended this Jenny Craig to rejoin and lose a couple pounds I gained back over the years. The service I got was mediocre nothing out of the ordinary and when I missed my appt they NEVER called me back to reschedule. Guess they aren’t too concerned with their clients success or getting their commission.

I’ve been on maintenance with Jenny Craig for some time and and very successful thanks to the wonderful staff in the center. They make you feel like you’re at home. Diana is the greatest consultant I’ve ever come across. I am nothing but happy with my experience at the center. At one time I went to a Jenny Craig center in the Bay Area regularly and it never felt as comfortable welcoming and caring as this center feels. I highly recommend the Modesto office and I highly recommend Jenny Craig. The program helps you really start your life over.

I have been on Jenny Craig for a year, and while on vacation stopped by this center as it is the one that my mom used to go to. I now know why she goes to the one in Stockton.
I just found out that even though I went in, ordered food and completed my weigh in, the MANAGER, who by the way did not even greet us and barely glanced away from her computer when we came in, did not enter my weight.
I am in the maintenance faze of my program which means every month I need to weigh in to get my money discount back. The centered failed on all aspects of customer service, help and when I called them to find out if they can fix THEIR error, they said that I need to go my new center (I just moved to southern California.) that they only help with the people who primarily are seen at their center. This is not what Jenny Craig is about and the support was not there that should have been. I will not return to this center.
I would not recommend this center, I have been to a few and this one is one of the worst.
