FOODPOISONING!!! Went here on friday night spent $ 15.56 well that’s not nothing for two meals. They were overly disgusting this time. For the first time they got the order right but the chicken tasted like fish or the oil was so old. It’ll be my last time there. By 2 am my kid was violently sick throwing up, she went to stage 2 food poisoning. I was lucky to be stage 1 but no one needs that kind of illness from getting a meal. I think my kid is cured from her fast food addiction Someone owe’s me Money!!! These bitches are lazy on the everyday, when the manager isn’t there who is very nice those employees are the bottom of the barrel who don’t give a fuck.

Everyone was real friendly and quick. There was a young gentleman who asked me about my previous visit but I had never been there before. He was very nice and seemed genuine(as genuine as you can be working a drive thru at jack in the box). I don’t know his name. I assume the girl on my receipt was the other person that helped me and she was friendly and prompt as well. I only had one issue that would be out of everyone’s control. The lid to my beverage did not fit quite as snug as it should and popped off. My drink spilled all over the place. No ones fault. Just a manufacturing defect. It happens. All in all I will go back. Thank you for making this pregnant woman’s morning a little better: o)! MMMM delicious. I filled out the free taco survey but I don’t like Jack in the Box tacos. Ill give it to my husband LOL.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here is young, immature, rude and fail big time at customer service. When I complained about leaving my hash browns out of the bag, they smirked and asked«what do you want to do». Well since I had to drive all the way back from across town, I was no longer hungry so asked for my money back which he promptly slammed into my hand. No apology, no caring whatsoever. Oh and the first thing I asked for was the manager, and they laughed about that, too. I wrote a complaint to Corporate. All I can say is, if you use the drive thru at Hatch Rd, CHECKYOURBAGS because they obviously don’t give a crap. Also, check your onion rings, mine were cold and in pieces. One thing is certain about this JIB, they don’t care if you ever come back. McDonald’s is right across the street and they treat you like a customer.
