I’ve been dealing with a nagging hamstring injury and i had a groupon for a cupping session and it helped alot with my hamstring tightness and improved my range of motion. Ive gotten several deep tissue massages and they dont come close to the cupping massage.

Do not waste your time booking at this place! I had scheduled a couples relaxation massage with Stella and Tina on 02÷15÷16 from 12−2pm. I drove 45 mins and showed at my appointment at 11:45am and the place was closed! I called the number on the door and was told to wait that they be in a session. I wasted another 40 mins there and then just left. I spoke to someone named Kendra and was supposed to received a call back and that never happened. I called yesterday and spoke to someone named Liz and Carolina was going to call me back. I called them again today and was promised a phone call back. So so unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I didn’t even receive a legitimate reason as to why they scheduled me if they were going to be closed. This is why I never go to spas in this area and rather go to Spa Terra in Napa. Never I have been so disappointed!

I received a Groupon gift certificate as a bridal shower gift. I decided to save it since I am an athlete and could use it when the season was back in session, unfortunately my schedule was very busy and I had a very difficult time scheduling an appointment and there was a lot of miscommunication over the telephone. I decided against using my gift certificate and not to go in. When I told them of my decision, instead of just letting me walk away Carolina (owner) went above and beyond to fix the problem. Since then I have had no problems, the staff has been great I am now a routine client and I really enjoy the knowledge and the various things they have to offer. As a full-​time ballet dancer, ballet teacher and yoga instructor, I understand the value of a good massage and a good therapist and that’s why I go here.

Overall I’ve had great experiences with my massages here. So far I have been here 5 times, all of which were educational, relaxing and comforting. Carolina whom I believe is the owner is knowledgable in her trade, friendly and soothing. I too bought a certificate for four massages, did not experience much issues other than at times having difficulty getting ahold of them. It appears they are working on improving that as now they have «message service» meaning someone always answer and messages are forwarded to the therapist. Overall great experience! friendly staff, clean and soothing environment.

My complaint with this business is that my appointment was cancelled a mere ten minutes before it was to begin. I was already inside and waiting when I got a call from someone named Janet, who claimed that the massage therapist was sick and that was the reason behind the cancellation. Who waits until the last minute to cancel? This is very unprofessional behavior. I should have been notified hours earlier, or Holistic 360 should have found another therapist to fill in.
