Working with John and his staff as Five Star has been amazing. I travel a lot, so am not around to manage my properties or even talk on the phone. I communicate with them mostly by email, and they’re on the ball. The staff shoots me a short email when something happens, and lets me know how they plan to fix it. Then then take care of it. I get my statement each month, on time, with everything itemized. Worth every penny! Having worked with other property management companies in the past, it’s nice to get some real value out of Five Star. Highly recommended!

Interested in a property and processed online. Was followed up by someone that didn’t have the greatest phone voice, rushed and was dismissive when I tried to explain the confusion the sign up online process was.(Rose) No worry I’ll be ok with the«live» disclosure of the 30 dollars per person(When its not disclosed anywhere during my submitting information yet includes questions about spouse.). Was happy to say I don’t mind the extra 30 for the business’ overhead. Sent an e-mail and never received a response after the phone call follow up. Another phone call by someone else.(Ty?), and that we need to hurry and apply because there was another applicant. Really? Pressure? When we wait 24 hours plus and also never receive a reply from a direct e-mail? Not a response yet from the e-mail. Followed up by trying to explain why we’d decided against renting the property was based solely on the interaction with the staff by calling Ty. Response was short and sweet below. «Fabulous, have a nice weekend». Dodged a bullet here. The staff of a business are the indicator how a management company is going to be after you’ve entered into the contract. The property we were interested was perfect for my business but not interested in dealing with businesses with muddy process.

My experience with 5 Star property management has been terrible. The people John has working for him suck. They have no communication skills with you the tenant. When there is an issue with something in the rental not working right they put you off for days… I don’t recommend renting from this terrible company!
