Writing an update because apparently my experience actually needs to be clarified. Really? lol. No, we did not log onto their computer, which is WHY we didn’t pull our loan back out. Why? BECAUSEITWOULDBESTUPIDTOLETSOMEONELOGONTOYOURBANKACCOUNT! LOL which was literally the point of my entire review. As I stated, the people were nice, but the way the business is done is not easy. A business that deals with payments should have a way to tell whether or not a check has been cleared. Without asking you to give them access to your online banking information. That’s just common sense.
