Daniel is awesome. He really cares about his clients and works incredibly hard. He is brutally honest and will not steer you wrong.
He does a good job marketing online and getting the house sold. I wouldn’t choose anyone else for as my realtor. I send my family law clients to Daniel when they have real estate issues. He’s really a stand up guy.

Daniel and his team are simply the best!
I was a first time home buyer (scary enough) who was moving to a new town (doubly scary). I was referred to Daniel and told «No one knows the area better than Daniel». Daniel sent me a list of properties and when we met to look at them I had a list of my own that were not on his list. When I asked why he said «That is not an area I would feel comfortable showing to a single mom with a young daughter.» I knew right away I was dealing with someone who cared about his clients more than just making a sale. Throughout the entire process Daniel was patient with my tons of questions and always took great care in making sure I understood the answers/​process. My purchase was fairly simple (from my perspective anyway) though he did hit a snag that was kept under wraps until the day Daniel handed me my keys. When he filled me in I asked him why he had waited to tell me about it. His response was «Its MY job to do the stressing, not yours.» WOW! Daniel is an all around great guy that I have and will continue to refer to anyone I hear talking about buying or selling a home.

We just sold an investment property using The Del Real Group and had a top 10 experience. Daniel was extremely professional and advised us on the minimum upgrades recommended to sell at the price point we wanted. He made the renovation process easier by having referrals that did great work and beat other contractor rates. We felt comfortable leaving the sell of our house in Daniel’s hands. Within 24 hours of listing our home we had 3 offers and sold at above asking. We highly recommend The Del Real Group. When looking for a home I had no idea where to begin. I was led to Daniel through word of mouth and friends. I was told that he would be able to help me find a home. I met Daniel at his office and we sat down to talk about what I was looking for. I probably wasn’t an easy client because I had very specific things I wanted and didn’t know where to locate them in the parameter’s that I set for him.
Daniel was able to locate several homes for me to go look at right off the bat. We looked at certain areas and saw some good, some bad and some that well, really made me think what the hell was wrong with people. ;).
After looking at several homes over a period of time we found the one I liked. All I had to do was tell Daniel «I want this one and make it happen.». From there Daniel introduced me To Sarah Stallcup with scenic oaks who helped process my loan. She was amazing as well. After some back and forth conversations with the seller we came to an agreement on price.
I really felt like I was the only client Daniel had by the way he was always there to respond to my questions and concerns. I know he has plenty of other people he helps too. Once the papers were signed I received my keys and have been happy about my purchase since.
I have referred several people to Daniel and will continue to do so. I highly recommend him for your next home purchase.
