I have been going to this place for supplies and advice for years and they never disappoint. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They take their time with each and every customer and want you to come back to follow up on any problems you have to make sure their suggestions are working. Its hard to find customer service that is genuinely helpful like this anymore. Highly recommend!

I called this morning inquiring about having my pool cleaned, the lady who answered the phone (so sorry I didn’t get her name) was so incredibly helpful, and cheerful. Although they did not provide the services I was looking for, she gave me 2 phone numbers to get me in the right direction. Thanks so much!!!

Excellent customer service! I recently purchase a huge above ground pool and had zero knowledge of how to maintain it. So I first headed to a chain pool supply store in Modesto and had a horrible experience (no one greeted me, walked around looking for help-​when I finally found someone he talked a mile a minute I had to ask him to slow down and tell him I I was new at this, and his reply was «sorry I just have a lot of work to get done»…and I’m thinking well I’m your customer and I need help).
Anyway, the next day I thought I’d swing by Crystal Pool And Spa. Sure the outside doesn’t look like its been updated for a while, but once I walked in and was greeted by the man, I knew he was going to help me. Luckily I had brought in a water sample. He tested the water for me, gave me detailed instructions on what to do and what I needed. Super nice and friendly and I will surely be back. Thank you so much for your help!

Exceptional service! Personally I’ve always felt like the service industry (Mechanics, HVAC, Electricians) can really gauge non– technical folks like myself. However, not only did I feel like we were dealing with an honest company, but he went out of his way to educate us (pool rookies) on all of the mechanics of the pool. Solid company, highly recommend.

I just moved into a new home and had a doughboy pool with a deck around it sitting there for quite some time. It was green and disastrous. After I visited the staff at Crystal Pool, I was relieved to know that they were there to help and very knowledgeable. In just a couple of days, my pool was crystal clear. They gave me all the advice and even answered my questions every time I called. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and insisted I called for any questions I may have. I took my dirty pool water in and they assessed what I needed for my pool to look like a pool instead of a swamp. I will continue to do all my business there! Thanks so much!
