This is the best tire shop I have ever been too! This is the only place that my wife and I go to buy tires. We have bought 5 different sets over the years from here and have had nothing be great experiences every time. The guys that work at this shop are professionals and know what they’re doing. It is amazing how fast they can change your tires, align, and balance them, all without nicking your rims in the process. Bottom line: If you go to a big box corporate tire store, expect to pay 30% more to have them take 2 hours longer to do the exact same thing. Service like this has made me customer for life and I recommend Crows Landing to everyone I know.

Exceptional and incredibly fast service! They have the best prices on brand new tires, and they were able to fix a leak in my tire in about 3 minutes and it only cost $ 10. I definitely recommend this place!

Great tire shop. Nelson is super laid back and more than willing to help in anyway he can. I bought a set of 2000 wheels else where and brought them to Crowslanding to have them installed. Some friends raised their eyebrows when I told them where i was taking the set of rims being that their very expensive and the shop being independently owned but I heard so many good things about this place I figured I roll the dice. I’m glad I did. These guys know their stuff and know how to please OCD customer like me. They handled my brand new rims like they were fine China and attention to detail like that is big to a customer like me. One star off for the terrible traffic in that area but what can you do. Thanks Nelson, youre the man.

I called on wednesday asking for two falken tires, they said no dont have it in stock but it will come in the next day, so i told them okay ill have to pick it up friday then since i work on thursday. So i call back on friday and he says the tires has been delayed so itll come in on Saturday. So I call saturday, and they said they dont have any, but they can put in my order. WHAT?! Makes no sense.

Everyone here is just so knowledgable of what they sell and they always give you the best deals. They are very responsive from text to calls to emails and very professional. They will go out of their way to make a customer happy. I would come back here again.

At first i though this place was a decent shop to get some affordable rims. But i guessed wrong!!! The service was absolutely terrible!
They had this text messaging that i though was «cool». But as it turn out theres a reason why they rather text then talk on the phone because of the terrible phone conversation they can do.
Here is my situation, i bought a set of specific rims, to make sure it was the correct rims I even sent them a picture of how it look like and everything. And then what do you know I received the wrong rims!!! When I first went and pick it up honoring my word that i will drive 2 hours to come and get the rims everyone knows on a dark cloudy day the glossy dark grey color look exactly like gunmetal (the color that i wanted, gunmetal). I called back about 4 days later to make sure that my eye wasn’t fooling me to confirm that these rims color are the right one. I even took the rims off of my car on the same day to make sure that i don’t damage these rims also.
The sad part about this is i tried calling the owner who was no where to be contacted. I finally reached him and the best thing he said to me was he could only return my rims for half price if they were wrong on their part. I also tried contacting the guy who text message but he was no where to be seen too. The owner of the shop said he would work things out and satisfied his customer and he will eventually call me back in a «couple of hours» its been 2 weeks! I tried calling him but i cannot reach him.
The even more depressing part was that i knew i was wrong in a part for driving the rims off their property, but he lied to me saying he will work out something for me, but never did called me back. I know for a fact that they were wrong too and i have all the proof if they are trying to say i lied! I guess they couldnt face the fact that they did me wrong and were too ashame to contact me back. I countiue contacting him and the shop but he somehow was never there when i called.
Also if you have a lowered car like myself make sure you tell the service boys to actually use some real jack stand and not them temporary ones. And when they lower down your car they gonna slam it to the ground hard and fast. So if you own a lowered car and don’t tell them what i just said, pop your hood and check where your front camber kit is located I’m pretty sure you’re gonna have two or three hole through the frame on both side. I know I did.
Just saying if you want bad service, poor quality service, and shitty reposes. Your more then welcome to spend your money here. But i for one rather pay somewhere or even buy off of craigslist to get my rims!!!

Nice package, service, and delivery for a great and affordable price. The communication (by text and phone) was quick and hassle-​free and delivery was prompt. Love the wheel locks that came with and they brought the rims’ boxes that I requested. All paperwork was in order. I would order from here again and again and again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a REAL deal. Thanks!

I bought a set of rotas rims from them. They had great package price for the rims and tires. They were fast and treated me nicely. The only problem I had was they mounted on of my tire on backwards and some of my tire weights fell of the rim before I even had a chance to put them on my car. I did take my car back to them and they did fix all the problems! They also dont torque your wheels down they just impact them way to much. also the last thing i have to say is they over filled my tire to 60 psi when it was suppose to be at 35 max psi!!!

I got my smog checked here and the guys working there were awesome! They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions… I like to know why things work and how and they were great! The prices were good too! Good Job Guys!
