One time my iphone screen cracked and I didn’t know where to get it fixed. So I did my search online and found this place, so I gave them a call and spoke to a guy named Tony. He was very helpful and polite over the phone and listened to all my questions that I had to ask and replied with a great answers that i would like to hear. He offered me a great price to get my screen fixed since I had a budget. Ashley and tony were so nice when I went in the store. They took good care of me while I was waiting on my phone. I will recommend this place to everyone and also to my friends that needs there phone fixed or anything. Very clean and welcoming place.

Recently dropped my iPhone and needed a repair. Thankful I went to Cellular Solutions! They were super friendly, fixed my phone quickly for a reasonable price. Total lifesavers! I highly recommend them. Ashley is the employee that helped me. I’ll definitely be back!

Decietful and unprofessional customer service, I brought my phone in after being refereed here by AT&T Rep for water damage. Brought my phone in and the owner Tony said it would be fixed the same day. After not getting a phone call I decided to drive up there and pick up my phone. Upon arrival I was told that my phone wasn’t quite finished and to give him about 10 minutes… which turned into me waiting 40 minutes inside the store, so I kindly stated if more time is needed I can come back tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and no follow up call was made I called in about 5 to 6 times and finally a lady answers and says her boss won’t be in till noon and that she would have him give me a call back. Well no call back was initated. And another day goes by so I call back up there after numerous calls someone finally picks up, it’s Tony advising me he was unable to repair my phone due to the water damaging the mother board. Okay no problem. The problem lies when I go to pick up my phone only to see that the owner has taken my phone back apart and stole parts off my phone, my brand new screen that had been recently replaced and my sensor button as well on my 5s was gone. I called once I got home and the owner stated «wasn’t my phone brought in for a cracked screen» Uh if it was brought in for a cracked screen wouldn’t it be repairable?! So after reminding him he says «oh, well you can come pick up a glass screen.» I made one attempt but he wasn’t there, I will attempt again I want the screen and the button he stole from me. Instead of him asking to buy my irrepairable phone he assumed I wasn’t going to retrieve it and decided to steal my parts to reuse on someone else’s repair and make a profit. So much for supporting a black owned businesses, never again, it never seems to fail we tend to always want to get over and or hurt our own kind more than anyone else… smh. I will be going back to AT&T and letting them know my experience and that they shouldn’t refer their customers. If I had more time on my hands I would actually file a civil suit behind the principal but I’ll just retrieve my replaced stolen parts (hopefully) and never support another black owned business again! I came in to see if I could get my iPhone 4s repaired. They were amazing and fixed it while I waited. The a ATT store tried to sell me a new phone, and didn’t offer to look at the problem. The cost of repair: $ 30. The cost for an insurance claim on the insured phone would have been $ 128! It was a pleasure doing business.

I had a pretty bad experience at this location. My MacBook had a loose hinge so I went to bring it to this location. They took over a week to tell me that I had to pay $ 250 to replace my entire screen, which I declined. I had to constantly call them because no updates were given to me.
Alternatively, I went to another local computer repair shop in Modesto and they tightened the hinges for $ 49 bucks and finished it in one day. So my recommendation when having a laptop repair is to look elsewhere for quick and expert laptop repairs.

The two females seemed nice and professional. The guys, however, were very unprofessional. Especially the older African American man. It’s my second time coming in and dealing with him and he’s pretty rude. As for prices, I can’t complain considering everyone in town charges the same $ 120 to replace the $ 30 part in 10 minutes. Got my phone fixed, that’s all that matters.

Fantastic service! Fixed my iPhone screen in 15 minutes. Snd the price was right. The tech was helpful, nice and she was cute on top of it… Lol. I usually hate going to little cell phone stores because they usually are seedy. cellular solutions was not like that at all… Thanks a ton.

Shattered the screen on my iPhone 5S. Upon visiting about 11am I was immediately & very kindly greeted. They advised the part to fix my phone would be delivered within a few hours. I arrived later that day, waited 20 minutes and the screen was replaced. I was also given a great deal on a new Otter Box case. AMAZED!!!

I dropped my iPhone at work, onto marble tiled floors, and spiderweb cracked my screen. Fortunately, the phone worked fine, so I was able to locate this business on Unilocal.I got my screen replaced for 60 dollars and a 20 minute wait. I also was able to choose from a nice selection of reasonably priced protective covers, so I won’t do this again. I highly recommend this business.

Just to update … In response to the comment made on my review… I was told by the rude gentleman, who by the way is your manager and sells iPhones on the side, that I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know it would take longer. I never received one. Not that day or the day after. Why do you think I was so upset? Respect my time and I’ll respect yours. That simple. There’s nothing you can do, I took my business elsewhere. But thanks for your empty apology.

I love this place, they fixed my phone like no problem! One of the workers name Ashley I believe, she has blonde hair, shes super nice and helpful. She was the one who actually fixed my phone and did an amazing job! (: I would totally recommend this place if you need to fix your phone. Especially for an LED screen, cost less than most places Ive been too. Great place, great people love it !

After many years of being a Blackberry owner I finally upgraded to a REAL phone last August. I cannot tell you how devastated I was when I dropped my phone and it cracked the screen so bad you couldn’t really see much. It was BEYOND a relief to find this place. Jennifer helped me and Im sure she could see the devastating look on my face when I brought my Samsung Galaxy S4 in. She was so kind and eased my mind immediately. After fixing my phone she recommended I purchase an Otter Box case which of course I bought. The price was very reasonable, customer service top knotch and this is one happy, grateful girl to get my phone repaired.

Called to see how much a new battery cost for an iphone 5, I was told $ 50.00. So I decide to take my phone in. When I arrived I was told it was $ 65.00(another guy behind the counter looks up obviously confused). The owner then helped another patron, while waiting I noticed a «price list» it listed an iphone 5 repair for $ 39?! So I wait, tell the owner I’m a bit confused because I now see the price listed at $ 39. She replied yeah, that’s old and the iphone 5 is more (the price clearly stated iphone5). I told her I was told $ 50 that same morning. She asked the man if he had spoken to someone regarding a battery replacement in an iphone. He didn’t even look up and said «no». LIES!!! The owner then offered to do it for $ 55. No thanks. Figure out your prices and advertise them CORRECTLY! Shady, I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’m sure any Joe Blow iphone repair guy would be better and much more reputable. You’ve been warned…

I was driving from Vegas to Cali, and on one of my many stops (visiting fam in Modesto), I forgot I was holding my iPhone 4 between my thighs. I got out of the car in a parking lot, and my phone fell FACE DOWN on the ground. Yep, another shattered iPhone screen. I looked here on Unilocal and saw that Cellular Solutions had good reviews, and headed over. The lady at the counter was very kind & professional, and while I waited for the tech to repair, I looked at their merchandise. Lots of cute cases & accessories available. Even though I wasn’t in the market for a new phone, I enjoyed looking at the models they had available. Long story short, I was back on the road in 30 minutes. My phone was like new, and I would recommend this business to anyone in the area, whether local or passing through.

I went back to this business to get some work they had done on my IPad 4^th Generation. Upon my arrival I was greeted very friendly by Ashley and once I explained the issue she took a look at the issue and agreed with my claim. She gave the IPad to the technician and in about 20 minutes the issue was resolved. My IPad was looking almost like brand new and 100% better than the first repair.
Whoever was the technician that worked on it, thank you so much because you did an amazing job. And thank you to Ashley for being so courteous and attentive to the customer needs.
After this experience I definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family.

I was on a road trip to Vegas and I cracked the iPhone screen and got it wet (all at the same time). Don’t ask, it was disgusting.
I was near Stockton so I searched for a place I might get my phone fixed or replaced. Down 99 in Modesto was a place in Unilocal that said they can fix my phone.
Few hours later I was at Cellular Solutions. It was just off 99 and easy to find. Typical phone store. Nice selection of accessories.
The lady was very pleasant and said it’ll take a bit to get it fixed or I can get a new one. I didn’t want to pay for a new iPhone so I elected to have it fixed.
They did a great job. It’s been almost a week and its working great.
I like a place that does what they say they will at a price they quoted. I will definitely go back if I ever need to get my iPhone fixed again.

I encountered an issue with the previous owner of this business. The current owner, Jennifer, has been very helpful and courteous while I try to solve the issue.

You can imagine seeing a crack on an ipad. First thing that came to mind was $$$. I use my ipad for music compositions and I use the ipad extensively. I was in the area visiting a long time friend. iend I knew from Seattle, and shease consider recommended me to go try Cellular Solutions and see if they can fix it, and was I glad I went. I know too many shops out there that claim they can fix anything and ending up turning stuff into expensive paper weight.
The store was clean, staff was knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend Cellular Solutions for your ipad or iPhone repairs. Customer service and quality service is a must in this industry and they. High marks in my book! Please consider expanding to Seattle.

I have family in Modesto and when i was visiting i dropped my beloved iPhone! Doh! I know, i know thats a tragedy on its own however i was lucky enough to find Cell Solutions who offered same day repairs for most things iPhone. They fixed my cracked screen same day and it was as good as new. Woot Woot!
Not only did they fix my phone up super fast but everyone who worked in the store were all really nice and very helpful. Which is rare in this world. They saved me from what could have been a real honest to goodness disaster! I only wish i had someplace like this closer to me cuz they are aces in my book.

Was recently in Modesto for work and dropped my iPhone cracking the screen. I found Cellular Solutions online and decided to see if they could fix my phone. I was completely wow’d by their fantastic customer service and affordable pricing. I would definitely check with them if you want to upgrade to a newer phone or fix an old one. They were wonderful and saved me a lot of time and frustration!
