July 23^rd 2013, I had the worst business experience of my entire life
Now in the interest of full disclosure I’m a former employee of this very store, I tell you this up front as I want to make it clear this review is in no way an attempt at some sort of revenge, in fact this review is just the facts as to what occurred on the above date.
AP on entering the store there was one client ahead of me so i smiled and waited, after the customer left I extended my hand with a smile and said quote: «well mike you sure have your charming skills still» … that was the end of the pleasantrys, mike then proceeded to tell me that i was the worst employee they’d ever had! That in his opinion I’d intentionally made mistakes to sabotage there business?! That i was a Liar! Quoting because I only returned 2 – 3 work shirts I was given? A two dollar blue? T-​shirt?! I should be called a liar for?! Another customer came in, ready! I sat quitley while he made his purchase and left at which time I said quote: «where’s all this venom from? I thought we were friends?» He shakes his head no begins calling me every name in the book and then a moment later an 10 year old boy (son of another employee there who’s name I won’t mention as he is a good man and i apologized to him when i saw his son) even though I started none! Of it!
Then after mike finished shouting at me in one motion he picked up the phone speed dials Modesto P.D. and Lies! To the operator stating he’d asked me repeadetly to leave which was a complete lie!
I’m a 43 year old father, I’ve been married 12 years I’ve never been so upset to right a review of another company in a poor light but from what I’ve wrote I hope you understand this is not revenge its the truth.
If you do nothing else boycott cartridge world as there a family owned business that should know better then to assail a former employee who not only held no grudge toward there business but came back to do business with them in good faith and instead I was verbally attacked and threatined with arrest?!
Is that were you want your hard earned money going?
I’d also like to add that this same low life liar mike also lied to a Modesto P. D officer who came! To my home as a result of there dishonesty, this was the most evil experience I’ve ever had the displeasure to be apart of.
I’m sincerely pray that everyone and anyone that reads this review steer clear of that establishment as it is dishonest and vindictive to verbally assail me and then send the police?! To my home! Outragious.
But! :D the officer left and nothing came of it of coarse as I’d done Nothing wrong.

Stopped in here today to purchase cartridges for my printer. Had no problem getting what i needed and for a very good price. Got a 2.00 per core rebate which really helps. Cheaper than best buy. Will do all my business there from now on. Service was great and very friendly.

This place deals in printer ink cartridges! You can trade in your old ones for refilled ones.
I came in because Walgreens and Officemax couldn’t refill my Canon cartridges and replacements would cost $ 50-​$ 60. Walgreens actually pointed me towards Cartridge World. Downside is that this location closes at 4 and is not open on Sundays.
I finally managed to catch them 10 minutes before closing time, walked in and the guy at the counter was super helpful and informative. He told me how much they top off the cartridges with extra ink and all that other good stuff. And I got my $ 50 – 60 (a «great deal» at officemax) cartridges for only $ 32.
All around good deal! I’m definitely a fan :)
