Established in 1982.

Cal Comfort Insulating Windows was established in 1982 primarily as a weatherization company installing storm windows, attic insulation and other energy saving measures on residences in the greater Modesto area. The advance of dual-​pane windows in the housing industry broadend our scope of services to include total window replacement. Owner, Andy Elder, used his many years of construction experience to offer full remodeling services as well as supplying products for new custom homes. Notable projects over the years include replacing 2200 windows for employee housing at Yosemite National Park, 600 windows at Fort Berry/​Fort Baker, numerous large apartment projects as well as now over 16,000 residential installations. Our experience has set us above the competition. Customer satisfaction is our goal.
