Robert came to fix my computer problems, but failed to address one of the main and troublesome issues. I called him and he wanted to come over on Saturday morning. I told him that I had to work, but would be home in the afternoon. He told me to call him and he would come over either Saturday afternoon or Sunday. I called Robert when I arrived home, but he didn’t answer. I left a message for him, but he didn’t call me until Monday. We made an appointment for 3:30 PM on Wednesday, but he never showed up, never called me and never returned my calls.
Stay away.

When my computer became infected, I had no idea where to take it to but then came across All Tech Computers. Upon first meeting them, the people seem very nice and friendly. I left my computer with them and was given an estimated time frame on when it would be fixed. A few days later I got a call letting me know everything was fixed and ready to go. Once I brought my computer home and turned it on, I noticed it wasn’t functioning properly and still had tons of errors. I called All Tech the next day and they wanted me to bring it in once more. After keeping it for another day, they called me in to show me what the issue was. When I arrived, no one was there but the managers young daughter playing video games and I had to sit and wait for everyone to get back from making a bank run. When they finally arrived and brought out my computer I noticed a huge scratch in the side panel of my case. The man fixing my computer apologized and said he could cover it with spray paint… really? When I asked if I could possibly be compensated for the damages the store’s owner became very argumentative. So I then asked if I could get a discount on the video card they had installed and the store manager still refused. At this point I just wanted my computer to be put together and I wanted to leave. The man who fixed my computer offered to put it into my car and once we were outside he kept apologizing for the managers behavior. Totally uncalled for and incredibly unprofessional! After I brought my computer home again, I turned it on to also find a ton of animé videos and games installed on it, I guess to be tested out, but that could’ve been removed afterwards and were not. I would never recommend anyone go to this place, I’m sure there’s much better by far!

This place is awesome!!! Robert fixed my computer over one year ago. It ran great until it got infected with another virus recently. I brought it back and Robert was able to get rid of the virus and put a new anti virus program in my computer for a very reasonable price and I had my computer back in 2 days! I have taken my computers to Geek Squad in the past for virus removal and they charged me four times what All Tech did and they kept my computer for over two weeks!!! Sometimes the office is closed during normal business hours because there is usually only one person in the office so it’s best to call before stopping by to make sure someone is there.
