History

Established in 2008.

We are a Franchisee of Annex Brands. We started this business just as the worst economic crises hit. But we had absolute confidence that the community needed this service and that we are the best to offer it since we love interfacing and serving people.

We have been so gratified that our business has gone from strength to strength every year. We were averaging only 25 customers per month in 2008, and now we are privileged to be serving over 1100 customers per month.

We firmly believe this is due to the great word of mouth we have been getting from our customers and the great services we offer

Its been a wonderful 8 year ride so far and we look forward to serving our customers and our community for many years to come.

HI! We have been living in the Modesto Area for over the last 35 Years and we really enjoy every aspect that the area has to offer. Whether its trips to the mountains or a quick trip to the ocean the Central Valley offers many great opportunities.

Once fall hits my heart explodes with anticipation of Football season coming into full speed. There is nothing better than watching the Green Bay Packers put more and more points on the scoreboard. Only problem is I have to keep my enthusiasm at bay lest I annoy my dear avid 49er Fan wife Josie.

Once you walk in the door be prepared to be greeted by a big smile from either myself or Josie and we look forward to meeting you soon and being of service.

I’m all about supporting local business and especially if it’s in my hood! The owner and his wife are top notch and know me for my constant Amazon returns.
They are attentive, friendly and pay very close attention to quality in their work. I have also used them to ship out other items with great rates to boot!
I can safely say that I won’t go anywhere else for my shipping, notary and business center needs!

I had to go to CA for business and had to ship a few things back to Oregon. I have never been so impressed with service as I was from thus place. Joe helped me and was very patient in answering all my questions. He had to do special packaging in some of my items and he took extra time with packing everything perfect. While I was waiting I loved looking at all the special items like jewelry and scarves that they had there. Of course it was perfect for me to buy a few things. His wife Josie came out and greeted me (I was there so long lol) and was absolutely a delight to talk to. They make you feel very special and the service is unbeatable. I sure hope I get to see them again when I go to CA again.

The husband and wife team here are the perfect example of what good old fashioned business is all about. Yes, I/​m talking about Joe and Josie!!! I never need to go to the post office! When I have something I want to send I just take it in and they do all the packaging, lableing etc! They care for their customers, and I always leave there feeling like my needs are in good hands! I’ve been using this place for almost 2 years and not once have I ever had an issue. Joe is always going above and beyond the expectations! Joe and Josie have a genuine care about their customers and business. Would recommend this place to anyone seeking a mail center or any mail services. They have everything you can think of to ship and receive mail and packages. Not to mention Joe always sends an email out when I have a package and it’s very convenient rather than me driving back and forth looking for my package on a day to day basis.

I love this place! Joe and his wife Josie are the nicest people! They always have smiles on their faces and really seem to enjoy their work and helping their customers. I use them for anything I would do at the post office – mostly because I hate lines and waiting and they always help me at the same cost the post office would charge me anyway, plus I don’t have to drive across town just to go to the post office. They’re conveniently located near the mall and Costco next to O’Briens, so they’re super convenient. I do my copying there when I have large amounts because it’s cheaper than using my own ink and printer. As a bonus, the have their own notary service available all the time! At just $ 10 for a notary – it’s cheaper than the bank. To top it off, they’re LOCAL business people who live in our community. Thanks AIM and Joe and Josie!

Very disappointed with this place. Although the owner is very nice, I was charged $ 23 to mail two newborn onesies to Maryland. The shipping was more expensive than the clothes itself! And for what, two newborn outfits that weighed one pound?! Beyond ridiculous!!! I will not be coming here again. I’d rather go to the USPS office.

Joe and Josie continue to do well, ever increasing services and amenities. What I particularly like is that they can do just about everything the US Post Office can do, without the long lines and long waits for service. Registered letters and confirmations are still the purview of the USPS, but otherwise AIM has the envelopes, stamps, shipping options that cover the waterfront.
A great place for copies, internet access and materials. And very friendly and accommodating.

I had a large canvas picture frame to send (approx. 40“x32″). I walked in, they took some measurements, then asked if I could leave it with them so they could get back in touch with me once they figured out how they were going to package up the frame. They called me about a couple of hours later and told me that it was going to cost over $ 100. They explained that the reason it was going to cost that much is because the item is being charged by dimension, not by weight. So since it was going to cost that much, I told them I will come back to take my canvas frame with me.
When I arrived at AIM Mail Center, they told me they had another idea, I listened and went along with it. After not much longer, they were able to come up with a solution to the shipping dilemma for my canvas frame and reduce the cost greatly. It dropped from costing over $ 100 down to $ 40. I was pleased with how they treated me and how they went above and beyond. More businesses need to put the focus back on customer service like they did, and I think there would be a lot more happier consumers in this world. AIM Mail Center will continue to receive my business.
