AOS offers a full range of options to meet your eye care needs; from glasses and hard-​to-​fit contact lenses to diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease (including cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration). We are one of the few practices in the area utilizing wave front instrumentation to help determine the best prescription for high-​definition glasses. In addition, AOS utilizes the latest eye care technologies, such as our Cirrus OCT laser scanning device by for early diagnosis of glaucoma and macular degeneration, our Topcon digital retinal fundus camera for documentation and detection of ocular disease, our computerized Topcon auto-​phoropters for the most accurate glasses determination, and paperless records using Compulink eye care software.

Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Eric Kramer OD K.

Business Owner

Dr. Eric Kramer is an honors graduate of the UC Berkeley School of Optometry. He has been serving patients in Modesto since 1976 and is an active member (and past president) of the San Joaquin Optometric Society, California Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. In addition to practicing full scope optometry, Dr. Kramer specializes in hard-​to-​fit contact lens cases. He is board certified to treat eye pathology and injuries, and attends to both children’s visual needs and the special ophthalmic needs of geriatric population.
