A-1 Property Management

This lady Joreen is out to still your deposit money please do not trust her. My deposit was $ 1700.00 she sent me a check for 620.00 with all these unnecessary charges.
Do not rent from her she’s bad news.

I’ve written this review several times. I deleted the first one because I thought it might have been too brutal. As time passes and I think about it, I am sure I was not. I was too kind, if anything. A-1’s lack of management has caused us MAJOR headaches and cost us a LOT of money. The deadbeat tenants totally trashed the place and by their own admission, A-​1 knew all about it, but never said a word to us until the house was almost completely destroyed. We only found out this was happening because the neighbors started calling us to report multiple major problems that were affecting their own property. They made multiple attempts to contact A-​1 but their calls were never returned. Upon our own inspection, we evicted the deadbeats and had no choice but to do a total renovation and sell it to try and recoup some of our money, It was that or sell it ‘as-​is’ at a total loss. Right now we are two months into working on the house to make it sellable, and the work, and the expense, is not over yet. We relied on A-​1 to report problems to us because we live in the bay area. That was our first mistake. Don’t make it yours.
