A1 Notary, Bobbi Scherrer, did an amazing job for us! She is a mobile Notary and we needed her to do a lot for us.
We needed a Quit Claim Deed notarized by a 2^nd party that was very difficult to locate. I gave Bobbi all the info I had and told her I would call her back with the rest as I acquired it. I had our attorney, the other parties daughter, and myself all trying to schedule the signing to no avail. I called Bobbi back to let her know that I would have to try again tomorrow, but to my complete and utter surprise, she informed me she had located and already contacted the other party and scheduled the signing for 7:45 the next morning! I then met up with her to sign my part of the deed so she could collect the second signature in the morning and we could move forward with everything else that needed being done. Since time was of the essence to get this document recorded with the County Recorder’s Office, she offered to go on our behalf and take care of it and then fax me the receipt so that we could pass it on to the folks waiting on the deed’s name change. When I hired Bobbi I thought I was simply getting a legal witness to two signatures. Little did I know that I was getting high level of customer service that was well beyond anything I could ever imagine. A level of service rarely seen this day and age. I did not have to leave work to record my own documents which would have cost me even more in lost hours. She, quite literally handled everything for us. I will use Bobbi Scherrer for all my future notary needs.
