Campers Inn RV of Mocksville

My wife and I went there I’ve the weekend
, we walked around the staff was very rude. Never asked if we needed help. We had gone because of a 2008 Tiffin motorhome I had seen on there site. The picture doesn’t show what the coach really looks like, the windows are foggedy the headlights are covered over so bad that they are none useable. Walked back up to the store and I decided to look at a new Tiffin and the staff never said or at acted like we were there, went in the store all staff are mute. The prices are outrageous but there on the side of a Interstate highway. I’ll never go back. Then talked to a camper that had just purchased a 5^th wheel and they were having problems an Campers inn was treating them like who are you. That’s just wrong

Well, they do have a good inventory, but once you bought something from them, it seems they really don’t want anything to do with you, especially if you have problems. The person in the Parts department is the only one we can’t complain about, but that’s about it. You never again speak with your salesman, because he is always «away from his desk», the general manager is a joke, and the repair shop guys don’t know what they’re doing. Plus, after the fact, we discovered that they lied about some things regarding our camper, and since it was our first camper, you just don’t know what to look for when buying one.
Long story short — deal with them at your own risk.

I bought a Roadtrek from this biz in 2008. We had a LOT of problems with the van and therefore had a lot of interactions with their service department. In short, their work was terrible and the service manager was a real jerk. My wife and I started referring to him as «Mr. NO» because his answer to everything was inevitably NO. It certainly seemed as if his job was to make sure no warranty work was ever done for us.
I got so frustrated that I finally wrote a letter to the owner of the biz about the service manager. Basically his response was to support the service manager. Finally, I got so frustrated that I worked out an arrangement with Roadtrek where they would ship parts for warranty claims to me directly and I would either do the work myself or hire someone else to do the work at my own expense because it was easier than working with their service department.
I would not recommend this biz to ANYONE!
