Zippy’s Carwash of Mobile

The only reason this car wash gets 1 star as I have to give it something. Upon nearing exit of car wash the tire buffer was off schedule, and my tire kept hitting it, and then throwing me back. This continued for over 5 minutes, and at one point the tire tracks jerked back so hard, I thought someone had hit me from behind. I was bowing my horn when I could touch the steering wheel without actually steering as not to cause anymore trouble. Then, rolled my window down and was screaming at the top of my lungs for help. After, almost 10 minutes it finally got in sync and I could exit.
Only to be shook up and after parking my car to vacuum, I noticed my car was still DIRTY. The staff was not helpful and said this happens all the time, but nothing they could do. Oh wait they could allow me to go back through for a rewash, umm heck NO… that was scary enough.
This place SUCKS AND NEEDS TO HAVE THEIR PANTS SUED AS AFTER TALKING TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE, they have had wrecks in their car wash due to this problem!

Paid for a 20 dollar carwash and surely didn’t get one! then the mat cleaner ripped my van carpet for the front floorboard and no one cares:(My car is fairly new and Im really pissed off Espeically after all one guy could say is sorry and the other said its common since not to put the van mat in there it’s only for cars but the machine does not state that anywhere!!! It just says no rubber or unraveling mats!!! after all that I still have a dirty bug filled front end and no armor all on my tires it’s just CRAP!!!:(
