Business Owner

L. Daniel Mims has practiced in Alabama since 1985 and is a member of the Alabama Association for Justice, as well as the Alabama and Mobile Bar Associations. He focuses his practice on trial-​related matters, handling personal injury, probate, termite and commercial litigation, as well as criminal defense. Daniel also advises clients on matters involving divorce and family law, the preparation of wills and collections.
