Run N Tri

Out of town on Vacation and need some comfortable shoes. Followed (Orlando’s) one review and decided to give it a try. Glad I did every thing he said is true. They took there time after evaluating my feet to let me try on several shoes. Found a great shoe that fits, comfortable and just an all around good experience. Might drive the four hours again for good running shoes.

One thing comes to mind when I think of Run-​N-​Tri is second to none customer service. Upon entering the store, you are greeted by a friendly and knowledgable staff. First they ask you what type of shoe are you interested in? Next is a three step process: 1) they measure your feet the old school way, 2) This step is technology, you stand on a «digital mat» for about 30 seconds. It maps out the pressure points on your feet. You can see the colored footprint on the screen, it lets you see the impact of your feet, 3) then you walk and run on a treadmill with a camcorder videoing your feet. Then they slowly review it on a computer. Once that data is collected, they recommend shoes that will fit you correctly. Along with this data they also sell personalized insoles to fit your feet correctly for any shoe that you own.
I have never realized there were actually different types of tennis. Some with more support and cushion, some with a wider, larger toe box. You will totally notice the difference when you try the different shoes on.
I finally have jogging shoes that fit me correctly and feel good to wear. Once your a customer, a profile is built for you. They store the data and keep a history of what merchandise you have bought. For every $ 300 you spend you will receive a $ 35 in store gift card.
