Brought some northerners here for some southern –chain food that I thought they would like. Mostly noted for their great Margaritas, great choices of chicken, steak, fish, burgers and mostly– their BREAD is addictive, they did not know O Charleys. We were all tired so passed on drinks so got the spinach artichoke app to share which was hot and tasty, then ordered. All of us go the new Filet specials– Butter and garlic; bacon mushroom. At $ 18, these were really good filets. First filet I’ve ordered as I have opted for lighter dishes and great salads, but steaks were cooked perfect, service was good, server was kind of quiet but busy and attentive– so happy campers here. No room for desert but right off Airport on the service road south side of 65, check it out if you haven’t. Good bar area, patio(closed) and plenty of room for groups. Really happy they came through with quality food and service. Highly recommend.

Went to O’Charleys for a business lunch today. I was hungry, and the food was great. We had chicken strips for an appetizer and they were as good as those I’ve had at any of the chicken finger places– and better than some. My entrée was crab cakes. They were tasty and well prepared without being over cooked. A third party joined us late and her order was accommodated quickly. A pleasant surprise was the nice variety of diet soft drinks they offer– including Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet Mt Dew. I usually drink water, but the Diet Dew was my indulgence for the day. Overall the service was a little slow for lunchtime, and we had to ask for more rolls and for silverware for the third party who joined us, but everything was reasonable. I definitely will be back– can’t wait to try the prime rib!

Been here for nearly a hour and our steaks have came out three times wrong and then they burnt it. The waiter had a attitude and the manager/supervisor has one also and this is my worst experience steak wise. Caesar salad was still great as always and the potato soup was still great.

I got there on a Wednesday evening. They were pushing the chicken strips pretty hard. I was totally underwhelmed by them, and the fact that I didn’t get my free slice of pie is the one of the reasons for two stars. The mashed potatoes were real but heavily seasoned. I think my water glass stayed empty for about 20 minutes. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here, but I did hear the potato soup is good. It’s a typical chain so it is what it is…

I had lunch there on Wednesday with my sister and it was FREEZING cold at the table we were seated at. We asked the waiter if we could move to a different table or if they could turn the A/C up some, but he said that the table we suggested wasn’t in his section. He had already taken our orders so it wouldn’t have mattered if it was his section or not. What happened to pleasing the customer? We had to eat as fast as we could to get out of there and still we both woke up with sore throats and all stuffed up the next morning!

At the end of a long travel day, we ordered to go from this location. Hadn’t eaten there before, but we were tired and willing to take anything but fast food. I got the black bean burger, which they packaged so that the bread remained protected from the sauce until I put it together when I was ready to eat. Flavor was good and the fact that the bun had not become soggy in transport was a plus. My partner ordered a catfish dinner, which is pretty standard on the Gulf Coast. It was also packed well and she said it was good. We will stop here again when in the area. Just wish they had delivery, but the pick up was pretty fast.

We were told it was 30 minute wait then had to wait an hour to get a table. The waitress is friendly but she must be new. We had to ask for rolls a couple times. One time no butter was with the rolls. When the food came out another member if party’s steak did not come out. Neither did their fried pickles appetizer. We also told tgem when we ordered it was seperate tickets and still combined them. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Will not be back to this location.

One of the worst meals I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Rolls first came out old. Our appetizers taste like they were frozen. My daughter’s macaroni and cheese looked old. My food was disgusting, and my husband’s asparagus looked like somebody dumped an entire salt shaker on top of it. My husband did like his steak and the server was pleasant.

O’Charleys is my favorite chain restaurant, and I come here for one thing: the Pecan Chicken Tender Salad. I’m not sure I’ve eaten anything else there in the past 10 years. This O’Charley’s is similar to the other’s I’ve been to, and service was ok, but not great. The waitress had a lot of tables, but spent too much time chatting with a guy at the bar. My water did not get refilled in a timely manner. They also have a good Bloody Mary. Check it out for a reasonable, predictable sit-down meal!

The food was pretty good but the wait time was crazy. Our server was nice but the breading on my chicken tenders kept falling off and was a little soggy like it had been sitting for a while before it got to our table. Seating is a little tight in some areas but overall it was not a bad experience.

The EEK is for their ridiculous waiting time and seating arrangements. The food and the rolls are fantastic. But when I am sitting there waiting 30 to 40 minutes and there are oodles of empty tables, something«ain’t» right. The don’t utilize all of their tables because of staffing and kitchen help. Well I can understand that. But for heaven sakes, if you are not going to utilize all of your tables then GETRIDOFTHEM. This is the most uncomfortable, squashed together seating in the entire city. The wait might be worth it, if I knew there was comfortable, elbow room seating waiting for me. So we very rarely go to O’Charleys unless we can get their at 11AM opening and once, we were actually told to sit and wait. LOL

Great staff, great food, great variety of drinks and beers. Definitely the place to be during football season.
