Meet the Business Owner

Linda L.

Business Owner

Linda McCoy (NMLS#63 961) is the owner of Mortgage Team 1and has been in the mortgage business since 1994. Before opening her own mortgage company, Linda was the Branch Manager for Chase Mortgage in Mobile Alabama and was the #1 Chase Branch in the SE Region. She held the honor of serving as the State of Alabama’s 2010 President of the Alabama Mortgage Brokers Association (AMBA). Linda holds the prestigious ARML Designation (Alabama Residential Mortgage Lending Designation), which is a professional recognition of excellence in the Mortgage Industry. She is an active member of NMBA (National Mortgage Broker Association) and travels often to Washington educating and lobbying the United State Legislature and the State of Alabama Legislature in support of all Mortgage Brokers and their profession. She is an active member of BNI (Business Network Incorporated) since 1998. She graduated with honors from Delta State University in 1992 with a BS in Social Sciences with a prelaw designation
