Love McConnell. Just bought our 4th vehicle in 3 years from them. Could not ask for a better salesman that Chris Mayers. Great dealership to deal with.

I don’t think this box allows me enough room to accurately describe just how upset I am with this business. The salesmen are rude, condescending, and clearly have no idea what customer service is. After the transaction went through, we were treated like garbage, lied to about the history of the car, and denied services that come along with purchasing a car. We tried to reason with the sales manager who was full of excuses and basically acted like he could care less. I’ve since talked with several people in the community who told me that this is a common problem with McConnell. I wish I had sought advice before taking my business there! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

The salesman that came out to greet us did a good job but his sales manager needs some serious training on everyday manners! He flat acted like he didn’t give a rip whether he sold anything or not. He also acted like he was preoccupied and more or less arrogantly talked at us and not to us. Immediately turned off by this we took our business elsewhere!
