Krispy Kremes are my favorite doughnut. I have eaten them in at least half a dozen states, probably more. When I was a child, I used to fantasize about running away from home so I could go to the old Krispy Kreme at the loop and eat all the donuts I wanted. I guess I still do. :-/
This particular Krispy Kreme has one thing many other Krispy Kremes do not: Lemon filled doughnuts. I know if you have never tried a lemon-​filled doughnut, it may not sound all that tempting, but believe me, they are A-​MA-​ZING.
Krispy Kreme also has an app that will tell you when the light is on. If you don’t know what that means, you really need to find out.

Great variety of donuts during Mardi Gras. It’s nice for kids to see how they are made. The cashiers were very friendly and patient with my daughter.

ummm, when the «sign» is ON… how can you go wrong? yes, there are all kinds of good, great, awesome donuts out there in the world (Tato-​nut, for one) but Krispy Kreme takes me back to my roots, to the beginning, when my appreciation for donuts began & when they’re hot & fresh, right off those rollers… they are like buttah… or rather like warm, soft, melty, glazed Krispy Kreme donuts!

I like Krispy kreme, always have, for an occasional sweets splurge we just happened to go on pirate day, it was pretty busy, there was a line, but they were taking care of people quick, it was a nice visit for us, we talked like a pirate and got our freebie and saw 2 beautiful ladies dressed like winches, we do hope that the hard time it seemed that guy working behind the counter was giving you 2 worked out, You did look like you were dressed up, hope you got your dozen! And to the snoottie white guy who seemed to have an attitude towards people, i do hope your looking for another job because the morale of people there was not as «fun» as it should of been! I made it fun tho while I was there, «Arrrrrr matey, now give me my booty», lol, I always wanted to say that and I am not shy!

I mean Krispy Kreme is always good– you really can’t go wrong lol! But I would recommend going in the store to get your goodies and not the drive-​thru, otherwise they will always get your order wrong.

I mean really. How could you give Krispy Kreme anything less than 5 stars? They are delicious. They are the most popular and the longest lasting doughnut establishment in Mobile. If you want exotic doughnuts this is not the place for you. They have wonderful glazed, filled, or topped doughnuts. If you want doughnuts that that are always fresh and delicious, this is for you!

Honestly, Is there anything better?
A glazed donut freshly off the conveyer belt assembly line. When you pick it up, it is still hot from the grease!
I think it’s a slice of heaven shaped as a donut…

Love coming here when I make it to west mobile! I wish there was one closer to me in daphne.
Donuts, when hot and fresh, are melt in your mouth! I really only stop in when the light is on!!!
I feel as tho the donuts are smaller than they use to be. The facility needed a little cleanup since the tables are somewhat sticky.
Didn’t use the bathroom, so no comment on that.
The service was quick and I really enjoyed and appreciate when the staff directly pulls my donuts from the donut line!

Grew up on Krispy Kremes for over 30 years, but dont know what happened to their donuts as whether it was in the past year or so, or if its been going on a lot longer. Found out one of the main ingredients they use is cellulose gum (refined sawdust) and another is the chemical BHT
(
) So until KK removes those 2 ingredients, Im not forking out $ 1.00 for a donut full of that chemical and saw dust mixture.

I grew up on Krispy Kreme since 1950’s, but something is wrong with the icing machine. It is dispensing too much sugary icing on them. We were scraping it off to eat it. It wasn’t a fluke, because it has been like that the last three times.
Spoke to a K.K. rep and he told me, if the worker gets the donut off the rack, right after going thru the icing wash, there will be excess sugar. So while I am there, people ordering hot donuts, were getting the ones covered with sugar. Lesson learned. Ask for ones down the line, not fresh through the icing wash.

Ah, memories. My friends and I used to go to this Krispy Kreme late at night and get some donuts. The donuts were always so fresh (no matter what time I went) and hot! The staff is so friendly and they seem to love working there. I’d be cheery too if I watched yummy donuts ride down a conveyer belt all day. I haven’t been to a KK better than this one, so I can’t wait to go back to Mobile and get a dozen. Delicious!

I love and crave donuts like the way that I crave cake. I’ve spent five years in the Dunkin Donuts tradition of donuts in my humble home of Chicago. I grew accustomed to the cakelike delights of DD, but tonight I have been converted to Krispy Kreme.
Krispy Kreme filled my tummy with melty, hot glazed donuts. I’ve had these before and was impressed with them this time as well. Krispy Kreme captured my donut allegiences with their kruller. Those krullers are hands down amazing. Their sour cream cake goodness turned into a Krispy Kreme fanatic. I will crave those wonderful krullers and think good donut dreams about them. Thanks to the Hillside location, I now have a strong donut love in the kruller.
