The Gulf Coast Dynamic Leadership Institute creates Dynamic Leaders by providing comprehensive education programs and training seminars on all aspects of corporate dynamics. We teach leaders how to understand and manage these dynamics to create positive change and success in the workplace.
Having an organic understanding of process, environmental, cultural, behavioral, communication, system, and many more types of dynamics, and the knowledge and skill-set to manage and leverage them, gives leaders a competitive edge in the leadership, management, and executive realm.
History
Established in 2012.
We are a group of diverse business owners & consultants who have pooled together our education & experience to develop comprehensive leadership programs that focus on all types of workplace dynamics.
After long meetings about corporate leadership needs & what is lacking, our consensus is that most leaders do not have a comprehensive education & understanding of functional dynamics. Therefore, they (and their employees) are sent into situations where they are ill-equipped to make effective, fact-based decisions & fully comprehend the implications of these choices, nor are they able to effectively manage every-day dynamics that can snowball into major problems.
Through the GCDLI, Leaders will be empowered with knowledge, tools, & techniques to sift through the dynamics, weed out the ‘noise’, & keep corporate goals as number one priority. The overall results? Reduced cost & increased revenue & outputs.

Mary worked eight years as a Counselor & Case Manager & six as Administrative Director at a 350 employee organization. Her education & experience fueled her passion for stimulating growth & creating positive change through ‘dynamic’ leadership & communication. Applying these concepts in her own department resulted in surpassing pre-set goals year after year & leading the agency through a major restructuring process. She left in 2001 to tend to her own growing real estate investment company & in 2005 began facilitating one-day leadership training seminars to help companies & leaders increase revenues & outputs, while simplifying processes through streamlined communication & ‘dynamic’ leadership. In 2008, she relocated from New York to Alabama & in 2011 launched Streamlined Concepts LLC. Currently, she is providing Business & Leadership Development, leadership Trainings, and Executive Coaching
