I stupidly payed for a lifetime alignment on my truck in 2011. Since then I have had appointments cancelled on me numerous times citing a mechanic shortage. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 today which I showed up on time for. I have now been sitting in the waiting room for an hour only to realize that my truck has not even been pulled into the bay yet. This company will never get my business again and will only be used for the alignment until I get a new vehicle. Absolutely terrible planning and execution of anything that would be considered good work.

My one and only experience with this business makes me believe they do not have a qualified mechanic on duty. My husband and regular mechanic back home both agree with this diagnosis. However, to their credit, they did not charge me the diagnostic fee of $ 100.00 to examine my vehicle. It did take them three days to decide they had no idea what was wrong with it. I had it towed to my mechanic (two hours away) who had it running in ten minutes.
