i hope their lack of honesty doesn’t reflect their service! False advertising.
First of all, I don’t like writing bad reviews but I figured people should know who they’re dealing with.
at first these guys were friendly with a great price for a rebuild service on my original stanadyne injection fuel pump for my 1993 F250 7.3l IDI
After there service was incorrectly completed, I have zero trust in them due to dishonest behavior.
I just hope the dam pump works right once the truck is back together.
Issues w/​diesel injection, Mobile, Alabama:
I received the rebuilt pump with a different identification plate then what I sent. (Promised my OG core as ad states). Cases were possibly out of tolerance but I was never informed nor updated.
No fittings for inlet of fuel. or the return line barbed fitting as promised.
The good:
They expedited my fittings to me once I informed (chewed him out) «Robert R.» At diesel injection which I appreciated
More bad:
Then I tried to call them back after I received parts, to thank Robert for promptly addressing the issue. I call and this guy answers and goes on to tell me «there’s no Robert here, only a Daryl and Luke» in a rude manner.
In the end don’t trust em. I thought honesty and politeness were big in the south, guess not.
