Cunningham Bounds has represented plaintiffs exclusively since 1973. We have a long and successful history as a law firm that helps people who have been injured by the wrongdoing of others.

We are proud that significant improvements that impact many lives have been made because of the litigation we have pursued. Products have become safer and medical policies and procedures have become more effective. And, Cunningham Bounds has helped countless people receive just compensation for their injuries.

Today, our goal remains as it was in 1958 — to achieve the best possible outcome for each client. We do that with a team of 18 attorneys and 90 support staff, including a full-​time investigative staff.
