Having daily headaches suck and migraine headaches are even worse. Over-​the-​counter stuff just doesn’t cut it any more.
The prednisone and Tylenol3/​Codeine was a good temp fix, from my general doc, but it is time for a Specialist. I was referred to Dr Devere. It was so refreshing to get a doctor that doesn’t rush and takes the time to get to know my medical history. It was a 45-​minute long appointment. He is very thorough. Very cool
I left feeling that we just might figure out what is wrong with me. He gave me two prescriptions to-​start.
I also learned that the over-​the-​counter stuff (Excedrin Migraine, Advil Migraine, Tension Headache, and other stuff) that I have been taking on an almost daily basis is not good and now i will need to go through some kind of withdrawal to wean off of the over-​the-​counter stuff. Great.
Anyway, if you suffer from migraines– Dr Devere is great!
