Thomas P Shortell, DDS

After moving to Kansas City from Chicago, I was stressing about finding a suitable dentist that would meet my high expectations. Since this dental practice came highly recommended from a co-​worker I decided to give it a try. I found the office staff friendly, thorough and well — educated. After my dental cleaning with Jennifer, I left there with a sense of awareness and education ~not to mention the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had! Dr. Shortell spent as much time as necessary to explain the root of my issues and what we can do to fix it. Several fillings, root canals, caps and a dental implant later, I can honestly say Dr. Shortell is a top notch dentist with many years of experience and continuing education. He is in the loop with all current practices and technology — he uses a laser for procedures and top of the line caps. My dentist in Chicago was one of «America’s Top Dentists», but in my opinion Dr. Shortell is 10 times better than my previous dentist.

Does anyone like them?
Nope, probably not.
Still, I just moved dentists, and after a cleaning, some gum work, and a new crown, I find Dr. Shortell to be a thumbs up.
