History
Established in 1986.
All-Weather was established in Mission, KS as a local screen and glass repair shop. Ten years later, they expanded their service to include Andersen windows, siding, and attic insulation, and the business flourished. A second store was added in 2012 in Kansas City. In 2013, Doug Bennett, a former employee and Manager, and his wife Jolene purchased All-Weather. They are the driving force behind the company today. Even though the company has grown dramatically and expanded product lines, the Bennett’s continue to foster that neighborly, can-do attitude when servicing the communities surrounding the Kansas City area.
Not only has All-Weather maintained local ownership within the KC area, but also aggressively participates in many civic activities city-wide. All-Weather annually contributes materials and labor to help others. Over the years, The Keys Home for Boys, The Bridge Homes for Boys and Girls, and Cornerstones of Care have all been recipients of All-Weather’s civic-minded generosity

Business Owner
Doug Bennett, President, has worked in the residential remodeling industry for over 25 years, both on the wholesale, retail and manufacturing sides of the business. He is considered a specialist in the area of exterior home improvements such as window and door replacement, and exterior siding products. He has sold many different products through those years, but considers Andersen Windows and Doors to be the best. He started as a General Manager for All-Weather in 1998. He and his wife Jolene purchased the business in 2013. Doug is active in the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), has served on the Board of Directors for Kansas City NARI as a National Board Rep, has been a Certified Remodeler, and has Chaired the Ethics and Bylaws Committee. He Is an EPA Certified Renovator, and a member of the NE Johnson County Chamber of Commerce. He is a resides in Lenexa, KS, not far from where All-Weather is located. Doug is very active in the local communities of Greater KC.
