The 2 gentlemen who helped me were very knowledgeable and honest. They assessed my (dead) mini iPad without opening it and advised me not to spend money to diagnose it since the problem is probably not the battery. I highly recommend this store. I will definitely go back to them for all my electronic repairs.

Service was extremely prompt and friendly. I left my phone knowing that I was in good hands. The place was more organized than most phone repair shops I’ve been to and he seemed to take pride in the work that he does… its rare to see people take pride in their work now and days and these guys do that and some. If your phone is busted, I highly recommend Phone Vibes, you’ll be taken care of.

Great service and very fast. I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 6 and they had me in and out of there in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend them for your repairs.

These guys are scammers. I brought my iPhone 6 in a couple weeks ago to have the screen repaired. They did not have the proper replacement and put the wrong one on saying it’ll be fine even though it was the wrong color. Now, 3 weeks later there was no distress to the phone and there is a crack running from bottom to top. This had to be done the wrong way to ensure it would break. I was told there was a warranty that would cover «ANY» issues I had with the screen that they put on. But when I went in to show them what happened it was «oh we can’t do anything because it is cracked.» I was put on the phone with an extremely misogynistic man who they said was their boss and name was Sousan. This man yelled at me repeatedly that I was «unprofessional.» End story, I was ripped off like so many other reviewers on here and the positive reviews seem to be friends with the store employees. Their cases are nowhere near as strong as otterbox or other actual brands and do not protect your expensive phones so please beware of this shop.

Saying you will post a Unilocal review about what happened when you were treated horrible and screamed at by the owner who did not respect women is not a threat. Awesome phone repair. So reasonable. Best price we found by far. Only 15 minutes and great selection of phone cases and phone wallets. Wali and ilo I’d never ever go anywhere else!!!

Today I dropped my iphone face down on a black asphalt parking lot and the screen was totally destroyed. I called the Apple store in Mission Viejo and the earliest I could get someone to fix my phone was tomorrow (4−28−16) at 5:50pm. Apple told me they accept «walk ins», so I tried to get them to fix my phone. They were too busy. I saw a sign in the mall that mentioned Phone Vibe and how they fix cellphone screens. I decided to give them a try. After Ilo and Nawied (very nice guys) checked out my phone, it was only a matter of minutes and my phone was like new again. I even got a good deal on a screen protector. They were fast and courteous and used OEM parts. They also give a one year warranty on the replacement screen. Would I use them again? Absolutely.

After being referred to Phone Vibe by my Verizon store I was plesantly suprised by the great customer service and same day turnaround. My Samsung S 6 edge plus had cracked glass and damaged LCD. The repair is guaranteed for 30 days. I could not be happier! Thank you Nawied for your excellent service!

I cannot believe this place gets away BREAKING PEOPLES PHONES and STEALING MONEY FROM YOU I took my iPhone 6 Plus in here to have my screen replaced it was merely a cosmetic damage but I decided to invest in having my cracked screen repaired and and coughing up the 140 bucks thinking after enough time of having a broken screen it was worth it and a overdue necessity. as I use my phone every day and it’s an essential asset to my work I am an Über driver. I got my phone back and got home to realize that after 24 hours my screen stopped responding to touch started to flicker with a gray marks across the top and stopped responding to touch basically making it inoperable. And completely useless after a week of going back and having the guy replace the screen waiting for it just to have the final result as him saying it’s my fault and that it was not their issue (remember my phone worked completely fine prior to ever entering the store it was just merely cracked screen and that was it) and I needed to leave the store because he was going to call the cops because I was asking for a refund because my phone completely does not work at all now. If you want to be ROBBED and TREATED like SHIT go here. Just trying to give a heads up to anyone else that comes across this prior to going anywhere near this piece of shit of establishment. I’ve tried to call and resolve this with one of the employees and all he would do is hang up the phone and basically screen my call so that no one would answer. Just so you know this isn’t any BS I’ve attached a photo and even a copy of my receipt hope that this helps anyone else out there that sees this

Nawied is incredible. He’s personable, fun, knowledgeable and spent so much time with me while I decided which case I want for my new phone. The guys at Phone Vibe have always had been great. Nawied is the bees knees. I definitely recommend this place. Two thumbs up!

These guys are awesome! Superior service! I bought a screen protector from them a year ago, and since then it’s acquired a few cracks in it. So I decided to stop by while at the mall and they fixed on the spot! And for free!

I first went in because the touch on my iPhone 6 was not working so they replaced the LCD for $ 140. Two weeks later I was having the same problems and had to get it replaced again. Then another two weeks and again the same issues. They honored the warranty and replaced it again.
Now I’m having to bring it back in for a third time because the screen stopped working. My phone is in good condition and not cracked but they claim it is a problem not covered in my warranty and are asking for another $ 100.
They refuse to own up to any fault in their work yet I have had to bring my phone back in multiple times. My phone was never actually fixed, please save your money.

After breaking the screen on my galaxy 5, I was calling around different places to get a quote, and finally decided to just take my phone to phone vibe. They were very helpful and very informative in making my decision whether I should just get my phone fixed or not. After anxiously waiting, I finally went to go pick up my phone and was beyond amazed on how good of a job they did. I would highly recommend phone vibe to anyone!

Walked in with a broken iPhone 6 display and had it repaired in 15 minutes! The customer service was exceptional and the prices were reasonable… Even received a screen protector for 50% off with my repair! Massive selection of phone/​iPad cases, as well. I highly recommend this spot for phone repairs and protective cases and accessories.

I went in to get a case for my newly replaced iPhone 6S Plus. Wally was the sales associate at the time and was extremely helpful in finding the case that suited my needs, as well as explaining the warranty on the glass protector I bought for the screen. Would definitely buy again from here.

Phone Vibe, especially Ilo, did an amazing job fixing my phone. Was given a fair price and they fixed it much faster than if I had gone to the Apple Store. There were a few different places in the mall that would have fixed my phone but Ilo’s friendly customer service sold me. Will definitely come back if I ever need further service. Highly recommend!

I came in here to get my iPhone repaired. The screen was cracked and Apple couldn’t repair it so their only option was a full replacement at $ 300! Ouch! These guys did and incredible job. I had used another shop in the mall before and wasn’t happy (no names lol). Phone vibe was professional, quick, and did a great job fixing my phone. They also threw in some epic deals on the case and glass screen protector I got after the repair! Very satisfied!

UPDATE:
After my negative experience with a sales person at Phone Vibe, I was contacted by Susan and Nawied, managers at the store. They made clear to me that the way the sales person originally handled my issue was NOT store policy and that when I originally came in the screen protector should have been replaced. Susan and Nawied both met me at the store over the weekend and made things right. I was fairly compensated for my trouble and I am impressed by how the issue was handled. Hence the change in my review score. One of the biggest advantages a small business has over a big box store is the ability to change customer perception in person, face to face. In this, I believe they succeeded.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I bought a case and tempered glass combo from Phone Vibe a couple of weeks ago for my wife’s new iPhone 6S (an anniversary present).
I usually don’t buy expensive glass face covers for my phones but the guy said if I bought the case he’d throw in the glass for a discount. All in all I spent $ 45. Great.
I get home and put the case on the new iPhone and apply the «glass» (which honestly is pretty flimsy, it seemed like plastic). I wipe the phone down, and carefully apply the supposed glass cover. As soon as it’s flat I notice lots of tiny bubbles underneath the glass. I managed the smooth most of them out but now the upper right corner won’t stick at all after trying to rub the bubbles out. Try and try, this permanent unstick able triangle is visible where the face cover won’t connect with the screen.
I go to take the phone and cover back and I am met by a young teenage boy. The store is completely empty on a weekend when almost every other shop is at least half full of customers. He’s wearing a phone vibe shirt and approaches me looking sort of annoyed. I tell him what happened and he gets immediately hostile and says «Look, the reason this happened is because you dropped it!» as he points to the unstuck corner of glass film. I tell the guy no he’s mistaken the phone is a few days old and a gift, I wouldn’t be able to sleep if I had dropped my wife’s 5 year anniversary gift. He sort of concedes then says «Well did you get the forever warranty for your glass cover?» This was the first time I’d heard about this «forever warranty». I explained that I never even heard of it. Then the boy gets huffy and begins to say“Well then you have to buy a brand new one at full price!!” Full price ends up being $ 40 before tax!!!
I was taken aback until an older gentleman finally chimed in. He had heard the whole exchange and seemed annoyed with the boy. He told me I could pay $ 10 more and get the forever warranty and they would replace the glass. But I refused, the damage had been done and as a customer I felt like I was treated extremely poorly. I had already been treated pretty badly and accused falsely of dropping my phone and lying about their awesome product which started to peel away on day one, and now this guy wanted $ 10 more on top? No way.
I advise Unilocalers to stay far far away from phone vibe and buy their phone accessories elsewhere, online, or another shop altogether. I usually try to support small business even if I have to pay a little more, but these guys are the type of business which pushed people to search for better prices and service online in the first place. There’s a reason why Phone Vibe is a ghost town during the busiest part of the holiday shopping season, their customer service is incredibly bad and their prices are at least 3x higher than major online shops. I don’t expect them to stay around for much longer.
Don’t spend $ 50 to get treated like a scammer, or second class customer trying to get over on them. Spend your money elsewhere.

This place was great… stopped in for a phone case and got a great deal on tempered glass for 2 phones… mentioned our iPad screen is broken and gave us an upfront deal on that along with the tempered glass!!! Full warranty too!!! Amazing! Nick hooked us up!!!
