When my wife got rear ended on our Nissan Altima. I called MVAC and I’m really glad I did. I spoke to Todd over the phone and he made all his services available to me. He guided me through the whole process, and answered all my questions I had regarding my vehicle and insurance. The whole staff is amazing from the guys in the office who greet you to the guys who put the finishing touches on your car. God forbid you get in a collision, but if you do give MVAC a call you won’t regret it. Thanks again Todd.

I went there not know what to do and not sure how to deal with the insurance and right when I walked in I was welcomed with a smile and was helped right away told me they would help me deal with the insurance and told them I worked full time and wasn’t able to drop off my car till next week and they worked with me so I didn’t miss work, it took only 3 business days to get my car fixed, when I went to pick it up again I was welcomed with a smile and when I saw my car I could not believe how great it looked they did an amazing job so thankful for all their help .I feel much better knowing my car is better then when I got it (:

We just had a great experience with Mike and Todd here. My daughter found a used vehicle that showed some structural damage on the Carfax report and they did a very thorough inspection for us at no cost!!! They even brought us out back to show us what they found and explained everything in detail. Everyone was very friendly and professional. If we ever need a repair, we will bring our cars here for sure! Thank you Mike and Todd for your help!!!

I have never had a car repair completed with the efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism of Mission Viejo Auto Collision. My paperwork was organized and ready to go before I walked in the door. I got daily text updates, with photos, as my repair progressed. The whole process took minutes instead of half my day on drop off and pick up. The best part was that all of the employees who I had the pleasure to be served by were smiling and happy! Even on the phone. Thank you MVAC for making my repair stress free and easy. I don’t want to be in another auto accident, but if I am this is my new go to spot.

MVAC always delivers top quality service. I have brought my car to them for bumper repairs, windshield replacement, brake jobs and much more. As a customer they consistently make me feel comfortable and valued. Their prices are, at the very least fair, and almost without exception the lowest I can find. It is very rare to find a good body shop around here in South Orange County. I had my car fixed here and you really can tell how excellent the car looked after they repaired it. Excellent communication from the minute you leave your car till you get it back. They send you texts and emails with photos of your car in every process. Eric is such a great person took care of things the adjuster did not even agree on fixing in the car. Very friendly and courteous person, he also offered to put me on a rental free of charge till he gets few things done. Sure got my 5 stars.

Best work and customer service ever, I live in Huntington Beach and will make the drive for any other body work I might need ask for Erik you won’t be disappointed.

This place was professional from the start. My husband has been in hospital for 3 months and they exhibited such kindness and empathy. They were reasonable and would send me daily pictures of the car’s progress. I felt relieved. They even offered to drop off my car after it was fixed. James Dean, Rebekah, and Mike were awesome!

Another impulse toy buy that needed some «work» that ended up at MVAC. This time it was an 89′ YJ Jeep. I took it in and they really went above and beyond to make it safe and complete for hauling the kids around on the trails in Big Bear. It’s looking to be a great summer!

Very honest body shop with quality workmanship. James Dean yeah, really, James Dean, gave me a quote on having a bumper cover painted while car was in for some insurance work quoted a price and when all said and done the price we paid was half of what he quoted, would of been happy to pay the original quote cause even that was a deal. Did what they said they’d do and delivered on date promised. In this date and age very hard to find, can’t recommend this place enough.

Paid a recent visit when our car was accidentally hit and had minor one inch paint scrape on the rear bumper. James, our service personnel was extremely nice from very beginning and their quote was about 100 cheaper from another nearby auto collision center.
We got our car back about 3 ½ days, though a half day delay, we are pleased with their work and the color matched perfectly.
They also cleaned our car inside out that made our car looked brand new. All in all, a great experience coming out of an unpleasant car collision incident.

Wow! I’m so impressed! I brought my car in because the sunroof had blown out while I was on the freeway and I needed to have it replaced. It was super easy and fast to get an appointment. Todd checked it out and said I needed replacement glass but wasn’t sure if they still made one that would fit (the car is 10 years old). He did some research and discovered that the roof was covered under a manufacturers recall! He then offered to deliver the car to the restyled where the repair has to be done. He made nothing off of me but his service was over the top!!! I highly recommend Mission Viejo Auto Collision, wouldn’t waste my time any where else.

I was referred to these guys by my insurance company. They did an awesome job replacing my bumper. They had excellent follow up, and even sent me pics of my auto during the repair process. I will definitely use them again!

Frank Elo and the team here did such a wonderful job! Got into a terribly lousy hit and run on an already lousy day, and State Farm recommended Mission Viejo Collision. Frank did the estimate, assured me that it would be fixed and back to sparkling and picked it up today… it was back to sparkling! Called in for help on misc repairs and although early in the conversation it became apparent that there was no work for them the guy on the phone helped me with all of my questions and referred me to people that could help. Real professional and patient with all my questions. Thanks.

I got involved hit and run accident and fairly long scratch of right side of fender without any dent on my only 2 year old Rx450 Lexus.
Recommended from my insurance company, I took my vehicle toMVAC for estimate. Their technician told me he could repair it within 5 minutes without any charge. He exactly did what he said and my car become blend new again. Without any doubt, MVAC will be my 1^st choice in case of my future need.

It’s been a long 3 months but it’s finally over. I have to say MV Auto Collision will have my business for life! I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge. A bumper clip was broken on it. Since MVAC is the collision repair center for Santa Margarita Ford (where I purchased my car), I was directed by the dealer to take the car there. Todd, the owner, got the bumper replaced, but after taking the car home and seeing it a different light I noticed that the paint color was off on the bumper. After sending a photo and email to Todd, he quickly responded to apologize and promised he would make it right.
Over the next 2 months we tried to color match the tri-​coat white, but it was difficult and Todd himself, wasn’t satisfied. Finally he worked with SM Ford to get the exact same model car I had and take the bumper off that car and put it on mine. It looks good and I’m finally able to write about it. Although at times I was frustrated I totally understood why they had a problem getting the right color match. What impressed me most of all was Todd wasn’t satisfied himself. He wanted to make it right. When the owner stands behind his his product or service like that… to me, that’s a sign of a great company.
It’s easy to be a good company when things are going good, but when there are problems, that’s when you see the true colors of the company and the people who work there. I must say MVAC was top notch! I wouldn’t and won’t take my cars anywhere else because I know they want to make it right.
SM Ford needs to make sure they continue to do work with MVAC because if it wasn’t for Todd and his team, no one would have followed up with me. I never received a follow up call to find out the progress of this situation from SM Ford the entire time.

Absolutely amazing!
We took my husband’s 2015 Mazda 3 here after owning it for two weeks (ouch, I know). He was rear-​ended driving along nearby Oso Parkway, and Mission Viejo Auto Collision was one of the recommended shops in the person who hit him’s insurance (State Farm).
I selected MVAC based on the extremely positive Unilocal reviews and its location — not too far from home.
Eric Vargas and his team did a stellar job on the car. It looks BRAND NEW again, and everything was done in just about a week. Absolutely amazing job.
I know my husband also appreciated their communication (keeping him updated on timing) and ability to get him taken care of straight away.
Highly recommend!
