I worked w Patrick to get homeowners insurance for my new house. I had shopped around and it isn’t fun (I should’ve called Patrick first).
In the end, Patrick was able to give me the best quote and he did it QUICKLY! He explained the coverage in detail to ensure I was confident with my choice.
Patrick is prompt, patient and professional. He has also been cooperative with the mortgage/​escrow folks to get us setup which made it easier for me.
What I appreciate most is having an actual LIVE person who answers the phone and/​or responds to emails. I feel that he cares about my business and that goes a long way.
If you are looking for coverage, I would recommend Patrick in a heartbeat. It will save you time and energy vs dealing with other companies where you are just another number. Customer service is paramount to me, and Patrick is nothing less than top notch; SERIOUSLY!
