Kingdom Flooring and Design

No stars. Came on Monday morning at 9:45 and doors are locked. Hours on front door claim they are open Mon-​Fri 8:30 — 5:30.

THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY! They charge a $ 50 fee to come out and give an estimate. My assistant called Kingdom Flooring to arrange a time for them to come take a look. She was told on the phone that she must prepay with a credit card which she did. I met Julio Gonzales for the appointment, and did not know that payment had already been made by credit card. I took out a check to pay the $ 50, and he told me to make it out to Kingdom Flooring or Julio Gonzales which I did. I did not realize it had been double paid until my bookkeeper pointed it out. She called Kingdom Flooring to ask for a refund of the overpayment. The man on the phone told her something very odd, «You did not pay Kingdom Flooring twice, you paid someone else.» I disputed the charge on my credit card, but Kingdom Flooring told Am Ex that the job cost $ 100. THAT IS JUST NOT TRUE. There was no job, we never hired them. WE DOUBLE PAID FOR THE COST OF AN ESTIMATE, AND THEY STILL OWE US A REFUND THAT THEY WILL NOT PAY!

Well, I really wanted to business with Kingdom, they are about a mile from my house. I went into the store a few weeks ago and spoke to a young man about installing tile and backsplash for my new kitchen remodel. I set up an appointment for about a week later, since I was going on vacation. He said that they would call me the day before to confirm. I did not get a call so on the day of the appointment I called them. I think the same person answered as I spoke to at the store. He took down my information again and we set the time for 6:15PM that night. I got home and waited and waited and waited. I then tried to call and it when to their answering machine. No one ever came. Guess they do not need the business.
So though give them one more chance and this Saturday I went to the store. It was closed, even though the store hours indicated it should have been open when I arrived. Again, guess they do not need business. Too bad!

Kingdom flooring did an amazing job installing wood floors in my house. Everything lined up perfectly and looks professionally done (not tacky or cheesy)
Workers were very respectful, friendly, and hard working. I’d recommend Ramon and Rene to do the job. They were very experienced in their work and showed up on time everyday they were scheduled to work. Julian was also very responsive and easy to get a hold of when I had questions. He is good at keeping the customers happy. I pretty much had about 1300 sq feet of wood floors to cover and they finished in 5 days.
Price was very affordable especially compared to Home Depot (it’s a no brainer).
However, painting was not included in my package so I got to pick up a new skill for this project. Learn something new everyday!!! Thank you Kingdom Flooring.

Apparently some people who’ve written reviews have had personal experiences that are very different than mine, right now I couldn’t be happier. These guys came in for me completely last minute and didn’t spare anything as far as quality because of it. I gave them a three day window to do just about every bit of flooring in a 2500 sq ft office space and they stayed overnight and made sure my job was done, and done right. I would recommend Kingdom Flooring to just about anybody who is looking for quality work to be doesn’t want to be taken advantage of. Very honest and hard working people and I would use them again and again! Thank you kingdom flooring!

I had Julio from Kingdom Flooring and his team install laminate floors, granite counter tops and carpeting and tiling in my house, they just finished I must say they did a fantastic job I’m so happy I hired them, the best part of his team is they are polite. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I have used this company in the past, 4 years ago. The price was good and the work was good. I recently had them come back and do a complete new wood floor and stairs in my Townhome. They did a beautiful job and it took just 3 days! The workers are professional, friendly and they work a long day and clean up when they leave. They are currently putting in a travertine and mosaic shower in my home and it’s beautiful and completed in one week. The owner Julian pays a lot of attention to detail and he is great in designing and keeps a close eye on the job and his workers. He has endless choices in his showroom in Mission Viejo. I highly recommend Kingdom for all of your tile or flooring needs.

I used Kingdom Flooring & Design for my remodel in Mission Viejo, all my Provenza Wood floors throughout except bedrooms, carpeting in bedroom, my master shower, my second bath, my granite in kitchen, marble in master bath and fireplace front and hearth in family room. It is all superb and was done 7 years ago. Their workmanship in all areas was very professional and perfect. All was done in a timely matter and the prices were very competitive.
I referred to a friend and they got all their carpet from them and exceptionally liked the company and did a great job.
I own a rental in San Juan and had all new floors put in and also a stone shower, tie flooring on one side of rental and tile on other side, also in utility room. Excellent work and all looks beautiful.
Now remodeling a home in La Habra and had over 1500 square feet of Provenza installed and they are doing all my 4″ baseboards, which they are coming back to install when I get painted to install. Carpeting in two rooms and all the rest wood. They had to Demo 60 year old wood floors, do some sanding and grinding and made all perfect. They are absolutely beautiful!!!
What upsets me are the few people that have had a bad experience are the only ones that write and I wish all the majority are very pleased customers but do not take the time to write anything.
I will continue to use them as I feel very comfortable with Kingdom and Julio, because I know all their work has been very professional and highly recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT USE THEM! Shop around and when you have found one, have the contractor/​owner write you an expected completion date so that they are held accountable to that promise. Find a place that doesn’t have too many jobs lined up otherwise, your project will be on hold or delayed. Sadly, I would not recommend Kingdom to any friends or families. They are evasive and rude which could turn your project into a nightmare or dissatisfaction of the job. I’m glad you’re reading this before hiring because your hard earning money should reflect the outcome when the right contractor is hired… KINGDOM FLOORING IS DEFINITELY NOT ONE OF THEM! My personal experience with Kingdom Flooring was unpleasant as you can see what others have had said and dealt with. Here’s your chance to run…

Think twice about having this so called «Professional Company» handle your remodel for your home or business. I hired this company back in August of this year and was told my job would be done in 2 weeks. It is now October and I still do not have a kitchen and have needed several of her «workers» come back and re-​do items throughout my home that were done wrong.
PLEASE DO NOT hire them. I regret ever having them step foot in my home.
