Jeronimo Cleaners has bailed me out countless times of much needed last minute dry cleaning. I work in an environment which I am meeting clients every single day so I go through 4 – 5 dress shirts and slacks every week. Eventually, the dirty clothes tally catches up to me and I need them washed asap for my next clientele meeting. The nice old asian owner was gracious enough to meet my quick deadline with only a two days notice. Best of all, there was no extra charge! He had the capacity to expedite my clothes since he believes in excellent service and customer retention. Needless to say, I received my clothes two days later and it was clean, spotless, and fresh! All the sweat stains on my neck collar and armpit area were gone. The pants were meticulously creased. Thank goodness since sometimes I just throw my dress pants in the laundry hamper and they get crinkled. Every cloth item was well ironed and pressed along with the plastic sheet wrap to keep them from getting dirty when I bring them home. I’ve received nothing but top notch honest service from this dry cleaner and can’t imagine going elsewhere. When it comes to my clothes, I am very particular about who cleans them because it is a reflection of my image to my clients. HIGHLYRECOMMENDED.

I was disappointed. I was given a 10% discount for being a new customer, which was really nice but, when I picked up my shirt and pants. The Shirt still had a stain on it and no notice that the stain couldn’t be removed. The pants didn’t even look as though they were dry cleaned. the price about the same that I was paying before. Wont be back will go back to my old cleaners who have the same price yet cleaner clothes.

Horrible! Brought in my pants for dry cleaning. They have a wax coating on them and when I got them back it had been completely stripped off. Oh and there was a white stain on the front leg. Got a poor response from the clerk as well. Also brought in a Theory top for dry cleaning and the fabric came out fuzzy and looking worn out. Both items were brand new! There goes $ 200 pants and top. I suggest you not bring high-end clothes here.

Been here quite a few times already. we moved to Mission Viejo just over a year ago. I tried another place first. didn’t like it much. it was expensive and they faded a few of my button-down shirts. then I found this one. great customer service. nice man. decent price. This will be my go-to place unless I move again.

I’m not an expert in dry cleaning, so there’s not much I can say. And I’ve only been here like 4 times. But I can say this: PROS: 1) Very cheap. 2) So far, clothes are well cleaned and good smelling. 3) Hours are phenomenal. 4) Owner is nice. CONS: None that I know of.

I found this cleaners on Unilocal after experiencing terrible customer service at another local cleaners that I had frequented for almost 10 years. On customer service alone, I would give them 5 stars. When I dropped off my clothes, I met the wife and son, and when I picked up my clothes, I met the father. All of them were extremely pleasant, polite, friendly and courteous. The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 is because they do not offer same day service. That is one thing that my former cleaners offered, and it made it very convenient to drop off and pick up on a Saturday. Also, they close at 6pm instead of 7pm, which is hard to get to if you work far away on a weekday. The prices are extremely competitive though — only $ 8.50 per full suit! My former cleaners charged $ 12.99 per suit. They are located in a small strip mall, so there is plenty of parking available. Overall, a great cleaners with excellent customer service and pricing!

SO happy to have found this location so close to my office! On Monday I went in with 9 blouses, 1 cardigan, and 1 floor length cocktail dress and was charged 29.50(2.50 for blouses, 3.50 each for cardigan and dress). I felt like that was such a great deal compared to other cleaners I have been to in the past. All of my dry cleaning was ready for pickup by Wednesday at 11 a.m. I have to give this place 5 stars because of a) prices b) how quickly they were able to get my clothes dry cleaned and c) because of the friendly service with a smile! :) I plan on bringing all of my fiancé’s suits here for dry cleaning from now on. This location is hard to find and tucked in an old strip mall. It is in the corner near Patsy’s Irish Pub and the Laundromat.

I wanna find a new dry cleaning place to do my dry clean since I’ve changed my job. The place I used to go to, just ain’t working for me anywhere(total opposite direction). My hobby dropped off my dry cleaning for me, and so I can’t speak for that end of the service. When I was there to pick up my dry clean, he was ready to close. It’s my first time using their service, so I didn’t know they close at 6:00pm. As I approach the door, he already had a closed sign on and was ready to lock the door. I was expecting him to say, «sorry, come tomorrow please,» but that wasn’t the case. I asked him if I can just pick up my dry clean, and he was more than happy to help. I dry cleaned 7 pieces of items, and it came to a total for $ 22.00. Honestly, I was expecting to pay more for my clothes. They priced their price very fairly, which makes me wanna come back here and try their dry cleaning again.

You can’t get prices like the ones you get here any where else. Not even close! Service is always consistent and friendly. The shop is always open — even on Christmas Eve! Getting your zipper replaced, hemming up of that pair of pants that is too long for you, or any other tailoring jobs — you will be helped here and for a very affordable price. When my jeans are a bit too long I get them hemmed up for $ 9. I find that all other locations go for $ 10 and some much higher. The quality of the service here is just so impeccable and that makes all the difference to me. All my garments come back perfectly cleaned and ironed. I don’t care to go any where else because quite frankly I don’t need to! Going to the dry cleaners is all about convenience and making your wardrobe less cluttered and more simplified, right? Well this place does that and then some! Blouse: $ 2.25 Pants: $ 3.75 Jackets/Coats: $ 4.50 Dresses: $ 4 Polo Shirts or dry cleaned shirts: $ 2.25 Men’s dress shirt: $ 1.50 They also provide fluff and fold service. Basically they take care of everything for you here. Parking is always easy and it’s located in the plaza with the Shell gas station. Anyway, don’t you just love it when you get your clothes back and they smell so soft and fresh? Because I sure do :)

I have been going here for over 10 years and Don always does a great job with my dry cleaning needs. I am always politely greeted by name and the owner is always there. The prices are very reasonable. I pay $ 2.25 for clean and pressed shirts and $ 3.50 for slacks. I can’t remember any of my clothing ever coming back damaged, just a chipped button or two. What can you do? The location, friendly service and cheap prices are what keeps me coming back.

I have been going here for 3 years now and love this place. I have given them some pretty hefty dry cleaning challenges but they have always given me back a perfectly cleaned garment. They do not accept credit cards, only cash and check. The owner is very nice and helpful.
