Store is awesome but whatever you do, do not order anything online from Gymboree. I have placed three orders in the past year and all three were delayed by weeks. In calling customer service, they acknowledge that their online operations were lacking. Tip: Shop locally

For a store packed with clothing, this place has nowhere for kids to try them on except for a tiny mirror on the back of a door. For back to school shopping, this became a nightmare: one little girl trying clothes on while other kids were out of luck. Hey Gymboree Corporate, how much is a mirror? Get some more. Better yet, actually put in changing rooms (even a drape would beat kids dropping trou in broad daylight). It seems every available vertical surface is to sell, sell, sell. So my child and I beat it out of there and spent $ 300 in real stores who understand that moms aren’t going to stand around so their kid can get a glimpse of themselves in a grubby little mirror in a poorly lit corner. Take a pass on this ghetto shopping experience and spend your money where execs understand that more than one parent and one child are likely to be in the store at a time and who put amenities in for the merchandise they want you to buy.

Who writes a review at 1:25 am? I do. I’ve been to this Gymboree at least 6 times in the last month and i was acknowledge twice out of the 6 times I’ve gone in. Is that repetitive? Excuse me, it is almost 2: p But when acknowledged I always receive great customer service! :) one of the employees, Sarah, is so sweet, warming, and always willing to help if I can’t find a certain product. I love their Gymboree red ballon sales but it doesn’t have as much clothing as the laguna hills location does. Step up your game Gymboree!!! But overall it’s tolerable.

Although my daughter enjoyed the classes, this company was not honest with its charges or billing. Not as flexible as they say they are. It was truly unfortunate
