Mark Hamilton is a highly experienced, professional and most important, an honest contractor who handled a major remodeling job (interior and exterior) of our home. He and his crew know what they are doing. He is an excellent problem solver and works within your budget. His crew arrives as scheduled and they are highly skilled workers. They moved walls, remodeled bathrooms, built attics, updated lighting, installed tile flooring in our home as well as exterior patios, and installed carpeting. Mark is a man of his word who delivers quality at a fair price.

The Floor Gallery/​The Showroom completely gutted and remodeled my kitchen. Mark Hamilton, the owner, came to my house on numerous occasions before I actually hired him. He was always helpful and accommodating. I told him what I wanted, he made it better. When I came to design crossroads, he gave me solutions.
The crew of the Floor Gallery was amazing. They were nice, respectful of my home and family and very professional. I was always told what was going to happen and who I should expect to show up (ie. plumber, tile guys, drywall, etc.) I was very happy when my kitchen was completed with the timeline Mark gave. I can’t say enough nice things about Mark Hamilton and his company. I love my kitchen!

Our cabinets were done two years ago and we are very content. We receive many compliments on our kitchen. The cabinets are really good quality and are solid wood.

Installed 1,400 sq ft of porcelain tile throughout our home, along with new baseboards, and casings. Repainted door jambs and doors. Fabricated bullnose tile for steps and tiled baseboards in bathrooms and kitchen. Installed glass mosaic tile on step risers. Also does carpet and hardwood floors.
Quality of workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Supervisor Leo was easy to work with. Completed job on time with a crew of three to five people and price was in line with other quotes.

The worst company you can deal with! Don’t put your money in there. They are bunch of liars. He said that he can finish the bathroom in ten days, but guess what its been over a month and he’s not done yet! He and his ugly wife thinks that they’re the best!!. But guess what they are the worst management ever. I can’t trust them or put my money with them! He threatened us to put a mechanics lien on our house as if it’s our fault! They stinks!!?

Don’t ever use this guy! His advertisements say he uses his own crew and never uses a third contractor to do his job. What bull! He brought in guys into our house that he never worked with before, they worked for a couple days and then left! He finally admitted that he’s never worked with them. They did such a horrible job that he had to rip everything apart and start over. The only reason we let him come back with his «original» crew was because he agreed to do it for much less and throw in a shower door. Well, guess what this shady «contractor» decided to do after the job was done? That’s right, he went back on his word even though we had 2 witnesses and took us to court! We ended up winning of course, but wasted our time, had to bring my kids into court because I didn’t have a sitter for them. It was a nightmare. And the worst part was that our bathroom is still messed up! They never screwed down the drain cover so every time you’re in the shower, it flies off! Horrible job and horrible man. He threatened to put a mechanics lean on our house!!! Don’t don’t don’t use this guy!!! Dishonest and bad work!

My husbabd and I added a large island to our kitchen. Mark Hamilton of Floor Gallery helped us design a way to move walls, plumbing, and electrical to accomplish this great layout. Mark designed the island with beautiful granite. His crew (especially Paul) were knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy.
Mark (Floor Gallery) was recommend to us by two neighbors that used him previously on large renovation projects. I only use contractors that are referred from friends, family or neighbors and Mark Hamilton did an excellent job!
We liked Mark so much we even had him do tile flooring in our guest bathroom and laundry room. This wasn’t planned work, but we trusted Mark’s crew to do a good job, and they did!
I promised my husband if I got an island in our kitchen that I would cook more. Now he and I are both happy (I got the island and he gets more home-​cooked meals!)

This place is the best flooring store in town.
We bought our place and we didn’t like the flooring… we did some research and we picked the wood that is unique and beautiful. The owner and staff are amazing… the installer did a great job… flawless…everybody who walks in to our place notices the beautiful wood!

When we bought our new home, we searched for a contractor who could manage the entire remodel project. We finally selected Floor Gallery because of the staff — they exhibited a high level of competence and were easy to work with. Mark Hamilton, the owner, gave us a time and cost estimate and came in exactly where he said he would. When we asked for modifications, he quickly gave us a cost estimate and how much time it would add to the project. The crew he uses are true craftsmen — they were always polite, very clean and absolutely committed to the highest standards — it was truly amazing to me how much attention to detail and desire to do the best they exhibited. After the job was finished, he always responded promptly for the few details that required attention. I would recommend Mark Hamilton and Floor Gallery without hesitation for any project, large or small.

Never ever use this guy. Pay twice the price somewhere else. No price is worth what he promises. This guy has no idea what he is doing. From his failed home building company to his lack of basic math. Test what I saying by asking what wood types require oil or how to install a cabinet. He doesn’t do any of the work so expect to be QC and GC on the job. (I wanted to not click a star but had to in order to post.)

There is no better person to do business with than with Mark! He is an absolute joy to work with. You will not be disappointed in his work. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to give them what they want! His amiable personality will make you want to do business with him right away. Trust me!
