Chili’s Grill & Bar

Always very consistent and tasty! Last night it was HOT out, 100+degrees in Laguna. The restaurant was cool and very welcoming. Our server was excellent, very attentive, just an overall good experience. I got the Southwestern Eggrolls, which are AMAZING. This is my favorite item on the menu. A nice place to relax and eat with the family. Highly recommended!

Have to give a special shout out to the manager here. We took a team of teenage soccer players here in between games for lunch and the manager was super welcoming and even gave the team free dessert. Great service. Also, for a Chilis the food was pretty good, great Turkey Club sandwich.

Excellent service and a good meal. My burger was a little under done, but eatable. The waiter mentioned it to me, but I told him it was fine. The manager ended up taking the burger off our bill without us asking. Now THAT’S service. Thank you Chili’s!!!

The food was good but the service was poor. We had two servers and still all our beverage glasses ended up empty. We had to flag down a server to ask for our servers. When one of our servers showed up and we told her we had been waiting for a while with empty glasses and had been waiting to order dessert she left and still went to tend to another table. I doubt we will go back. I’m sure we can find good food AND good service elsewhere.

I sat in the bar and Sean was my server. This guy was amazing. My order was taken immediately, my drink and food was brought out promptly, and he was the only server in the entire bar area. My drinks were rapidly filled, napkins were brought, and I received VIP treatment.
In his in between time, Sean was even seating people coming in the front door. I was very impressed with the amazing service I received today… even the manager came around to see how I was doing.
If you come here, look for the bartender named Sean, and you will have awesome experience.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. It was a slow week day night, my boyfriend and I went and got the 2 for 30 meal. We wanted onions rings (which comes with it) and chips and salsa, we asked to be charged for the chips and salsa and for the onion rings to be on the 2 for 3. Well that didn’t happen when we got our check. Our waitress was very slow to bring everything out, rarely checked on us, and got half of our order wrong. For example, since I am too young to drink my boyfriend and I decided that he would just drink both of the drinks that come with the meal. As she handed us our check at the end of the night she says to us «Opps I forgot about your driving drunk that comes with the meal, oh well.» I was pissed and would’ve stayed there and forced him to drink it if we had the time to. We paid for it and should’ve gotten it. After we asked for the check, we waited about 20 minutes for it, so I ran to the ladies room. I found our waitress sitting and gossiping with her co workers with our check in her hand. It took her another 15 minutes to walk it out to us. It was BS.

It took the food 1 hour and 15 min to arrive at our table. Worst branch you could go to, I won’t be going there again

Went in tonight and waited 20 minutes to be greeted by a server. Someone came by and took our order even though she said she wasn’t our server. Waited another 15 minutes and still didn’t have water, drinks, appetizer or an apology for the poor service. Table next to us asked for a manager but left without paying since the manage never showed up. Table behind us was serving the table next to them when they received the wrong food at their table. We finally advised the hostess to cancel our order, we were going to help them out by leaving since they were too busy. Having a nice meal and good service now at the CF. Don’t blame the young servers. Management needs to improve.

This location gets two stars for the simple fact of service. The food was great and our waiter was great despite service. They took way too long for everything! The waiter is juggling way too much for him to handle the people behind us even got upset and not to mention when they left the un-​bussed table has been sitting there for 25 minutes and there is a huge wait for a table. When the food finally came there was a lot of mix ups and wrong sides. The management at this location needs a huge wake up call on how to handle a dinner service! I worked at PF Changs for a while and they would never allow this sort of mess! Stop overwhelming your servers or hire people who can handle it! I will not be back to this location… At least not on a weekend night.

Chilli’s was caliente chilli! Super hot & tasty. It’s typical dining. We had amazing servers who were very attentive & helped us with ordering & such. They tag team servers meaning you always have multiple servers helping you.
Sunday afternoon plenty of table & raining weather outside.
Ordered the boneless chicken wings tops with cheese & applewood bacon bits & diced green onions & boy were they good they run bout 10 $ bucks. They were perfect for pairing for a couple of two & served w/​side of ranch. Must try it looks like a new item on the menu.
I got the steak fajitas & they came on sizzling on a hot skillet with grilled onions & bell peppers & a side of sour cream & avocado, cheese, pico de gallo & red salsa & 3 flour tortillas. Super good!
Boyfriend got, Cajun Alfredo pasta served w/​French bread. Looked good, he ate it all so it must have been good.
Desert: taaaaaa– daaaaaahh lava molded cake!!!
Vanilla ice cream & covered chocolate soft cake & literally chocolate melting & falls just like lava.
Wasn’t packed @ all it was also very clean. Lots of parking outside. Not to far from MV mall.

Im glad I came in this afternoon with some family, for a quick meal an to watch the game.
first things first behind the bar is a wall of TV’S it stood out all playing the pittsburgh /​broncos game. it looked really nice. the bar top was empty but the high tables were pumpin.
our server tamra was on top of her shit. she really knew her stuff. so I got the loaded boneless wings. I asked a few questions the server was on it. knew exactly the answer my mom likes to modify she knew exactly what she was talking about. our drinks were never empty mind you she as like a gang of tables ya she has runners an stuff but it really was experience talking. she knew exactly what she was doing i have to say.
The last time i was here the kitchen failed big time. service was good but kitchen fell threw. this time it was in perfect sync. I really like when it is a turn around. not one thing went wrong. great service great food.
an i LOVE the ziosk things on the table very cool modern update. I would have gavin it a full 5 but the last time was so bad i couldn’t go from a 1 to a full 5 ill do a 4 an come back again an see if its consistent at least its good service tho. food making an prep can easily be fixed bad service leaves a long term memory.

P. s. tho, i went to the bathroom an i walked by the kitchen. its a wide open kitchen. it looked kinda messy like stuff on the rail. like crumbs an stuff. idk minor but i figure i would at least put it on here.

2 visits here and customer service is soo bad.
The food has always been good. But the stuff is really incompetent so far and has a lot of attitude. We waited in the front entrance at 11:30 in the morning to be seated for approximately five minutes with servers seeing that we were there but no one acknowledging us. We waited for at least five minutes finally someone Satus without an apology. When we asked about the kiosk that was updating the server was very rude with her retort. When they brought our food with multiple sauces and they never told us what the sauces were. We got the sliders. And the Mexican eggrolls and a turkey club sandwich all of which were very tasty. When we asked for it to go cup of soda they did give us a very large soda cup and I am very appreciative of that. Between the good tasting food and the to go cup I was pleased enough with my visit to return again.

I came in yesterday evening, around 8pm. My friend loves this place and I was hungry so I agreed to try. I don’t know if it’s a temporary thing but they have a deal that includes an appetizer and 2 meals for 20 dollars. AMAZING. So she recommended the fries and cheese for the appetizer and let me tell you, these were some of the best cheese and fries ever. Then for entrée I had a bacon burger with a side of french fries and my friend had a piece of steak with a side of mashed potatoes and a corn. I will definitely come back! All the workers were nice and friendly.

Our family use to come here often until the food started to not taste well. Service somewhat declined too. We gave it some few years and recently returned for our second visit this year.
A slight remodel, more menu items, and the best part is… THE FOOD TASTES AWSOME AND VERY flavorful that we were shocked. We will def recommend to our friends and family to go to Chilis.

Seeing as this is the only Chili’s on the side of the base that is not a 30 minute drive it’s kind of hard to knock it really bad. It’s decent for a Chili’s and it’s a decent atmosphere and the food is sometimes good. We keep going in hopes that they will some how get better and provide a little bit better food quality.

I will return and hopefully you will earn my business back. But today I came into this Chili’s for the first time, service was very slow, the Texas cheese fries were disgusting… obviously old french fries were topped with cheese and put under the broiler. We couldn’t eat them. The skillet queso was just plain weird… it was runny like soup and didn’t taste cheesy at all. We weren’t fans of the boneless chicken wings either.
However the chips and salsa were tasty, and the margaritas were big and tasty but didn’t have much alcohol in them.
In a few months I will come back and let Chili’s try to impress me and then I will change my review and give you more stars.

Stopped by to have lunch at the bar.
Was going to use their ziosk monitor but they were all so sticky and dirty! Gross the same as the bar top.
I mentioned it to the kid behind the bar. but nothing .
Grabbed a coke to go but hsd to wait 15 min to pay for it. I left to have lunch somewhere clean with better service

Recently stopped for a bite and had a gift card to use. While I know this is not «fine dining,» this restaurant should look into improving the customer’s experience. For starters, we sat for nearly 10 minutes before seeing the waitress (it was not busy). Moments later someone else came with only our drinks and we inquired about the chips and salsa. We placed our orders and the other waitress mentioned she would bring out the chips shortly. Our assigned waitress later returns with the food as well as the chips and salsa. Our daughter’s food and our vegetables were cold, not to mention all of our drinks near empty (we ended up sharing a glass of water). As for requesting a manager, I did not. We were not sure how long that would take as well.
For seeing our waitress twice, having to ask for chips, having them brought out with our order, food being cold, and glasses near empty, Chili’s needs to spice things up in this location.

Have the portion sizes changed… Or is it just me? Extra items are an up charge. Where are the days where extra cheese was free, and not $ 1! Ridiculous. And the drinks at the bar, lousy.

We haven’t been to chilis in quite a while. We were pleasantly surprised to see the upgraded menu and clean and remodeled location. The server was great and the food was surprisingly delicious.
It’s nice to know that we can go to a place where the food is great and that we can enjoy ourselves. We will definitely be back again!
