I am writing this because Chico’s refused to post my review on their website. I ordered a really cute top from Chico’s online and they sent me a different top. I ordered a black multi colored top and they sent a brown multi colored top. I also ordered a second top because it was«buy one, get one 50%off». The second top was correct, however the top they got wrong is no longer available, so I returned both, as I didn’t want to pay full price for the one top. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I can’t believe they can get this so wrong. It makes me want to stop shopping there. How incompetent do you have to be to get the top incorrect. I went to Chico’s at the San Clemente outlet looking for jewelry on sale. They had a total of 4 items three of which were the same thing. Chico’s at the Shops at Mission had a great selection, 2 full boards on sale. The clothing selection on sale was also better than the outlet. I will come here before I waste my time at the outlet.

If I could rate none I would! Terrible service, lack of customer service, they are rude as hell! Karen the worker I have asked for a gift card and she couldn’t even get the amount correct! When I told her the amount should have been more she said I’m sorry I didn’t hear you, this is after I told her twice. She didn’t even offer to correct it. Money will go else where nordstrom.

The customer service is terrible. They welcome you, then have an attitude. The employees are constantly complaining about the headsets, more than helping a customer. Heaven forbid you have a complaint or a return! The same in San Juan for a return, it must go against the store. Beware of a return to a different store. I have been told the system is down and cannot take a return.

Horrible customer service! Bought 3 pants for vacation. Tried them on in the store. When I wore the crop jeans they stretched out so much I could hardly keep them on. Online complaints said you need to buy a half size smaller which I was not told in the store. When I took them back with the receipt I got nothing but grief from one employee because I had taken off the tag. I told her I didn’t normally wear my clothes with the tag still attached. She said the pants weren’t on the receipt — she didn’t even know the merchandise to see that they were. She said the manager had to «approve» it or she would get in trouble. I told her that I did not expect this kind of customer service from Chicos and did not appreciate being treated like I was a trouble maker. Finally, another employee said she would take responsibility and I was able to get credit. All I wanted to do was exchange them for the smaller size. I was so irritated, I just left the store and won’t be back!

Worst customer service. Received a jacket for Christmas that didn’t fit. Went to return it with a gift receipt and was told they were out of gift cards and could not issue me a credit or give any refund. How ridiculous that you have no way of giving people a credit after Christmas. I will be sure to never shop at that store ever!
